Fantastic host and rental property. Spotless on arrival. Beautiful beach and pool views from living area and balcony. Building is well maintained. Host responds immediately to any question. Hope to return next year. One of our best VRBO experiences.

Me and my family truly enjoyed this property. It was so clean, easy access to the beach we also enjoyed grilling in the grilling area even the grills were very clean. We will definitely be booking again.

Space was very clean. Good amount of room. Some of the other tenants were not respectful and smoked on the balcony. We had great views of the water, were able to see several dolphin swim by while sitting on the balcony. The elevators may need a little maintenance, but they did work the whole time we were there. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there for us. Linens were adequate for the two of us for a week. It was a little difficult to watch television at night with the set up they had in the master bedroom. The pluses outweigh negative and I would stay here again. The place was great for the price point. Parking was very accommodating. It felt like a safe property and conveniently located.

This property was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool watching dolphins early morning and late afternoon. We will definitely book again.

Well organized and clean condo. Everything you need to be comfortable. I could not have chosen a better location on this last minute booking. Bed was comfortable, I slept well. Area of beach was not overcrowded. I must admit, it took me a good five minutes or so to figure out how to work the shower in the master bath, too many knobs. Would stay again.

This was the perfect condo rental for our family vacation. Location is so convenient, very close to everything you need right in the middle of town. Feels very secure with the gated entry and key code needed at every door. Super close walk right on the beach. We loved having the ice machine in the room, huge plus for your own coolers! Have been coming to Destin for 20 years and this is one of my favorite condo’s we have ever stayed in. Can’t recommend enough. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday and we had the best time! The condo is beautiful, immaculate, very roomy and the sunset views from the balcony were amazing! Huge plus having a covered parking spot. Communication was great and prompt response. We will definitely stay here again!

The stay exceeded our expectations! The condo building only has 3 units per floor so the complex is NOT overcrowded. Really nice beach for the condo complex, not crowded at all. The pool and hot tub never had more than 4 people in it at a time. The balcony was a really good size. The closet space was great. The beds were comfortable. The couch and chair were both power reclining and really comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and it even had a separate stand alone ice maker which was really great for the beach! Plenty of parking! We will be back!

Great beach trip

We had a great time, super weather and comfortable and convenient condominium. Condo was nice, clean and well decorated, would recommend this for a friends or family vacation or weekend getaway.
