This house is equipped with seven televisions! The living room, kitchen, loft area, and each of the four bedrooms have one. Kids will be fully entertained upstairs while the parents enjoy the main floor.

There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an upstairs loft for added sleeping space. The bedroom details: Two kings, two queens, and a bunk bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. The second main floor bedroom has a full bath attached which also serves as a guest bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs share a beautiful full bathroom.

The elevation of the house is 2,388 feet. This property is a mere four miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, fourteen minutes from downtown Asheville, eleven minutes from Whole Foods, and only minutes away from many famous local restaurants, breweries, and shopping venues. The Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village are only fifteen minutes away with additional shops and restaurants galore. If you want to venture out and visit Black Mountain, it's only twenty minutes and the drive is beautiful.

Additional features include an outside fire pit, a gas grill, and a decorative-only fireplace in the living room. The driveway is packed with gravel with enough parking for five cars. There are two additional parking spots above the house along the quiet road.
