Beautiful villa with view for 6+2 people + Depandance 2+2 close to Positano and Amalfi.



The Villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation: paths of bougainvillas and flowers, lemon trees typical of the area, along with the scent of the sea will bring you into the unique atmosphere of these places.



Villa Sunset is composed by on several levels:

On the ground floor there is a large lounge overlooking the sea with table and sofa bed, air conditioning, 1 service bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen connected to the terrace where you can spend moments of relax organizing lunchdinner after the beach, with a breathtaking view. In the same level there is also a Room equipped with two exercise bikes, a treadmill and a fitness bench. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the living room and from the kitchen.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.



On the first floor there is another large living room with sofas and with sea view, living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable , and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter a small patio with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom: the bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. All rooms has a balcony with sea view, heating and air conditioning.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you can enter a balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.



Villa can be reached by car and there is a parking place inside the property for a utilitary car through few steps you reach the entrance of the Villa. There is also a mechanincal lift for help you with the luggage.

Next to the enter of villa you can find Depandance with a Bedroom for 2 people and another room with a double sofa bed.



You will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the villa going down a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 135 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa.

The swimming pool is 3.5m (11 feet)x large10 meters (33 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa.

It is open from mid-April until the end of October.

The garden is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. you can have From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.

Inside the property there is another villa which shares the use of the swimming pool and the private sea access. Both has a privacy.



The town of Praiano has a number of beaches, including the only beach on the Amalfi Coast to enjoy the sun until it sets. The nearby village of Furore, famous for its fiord, hosts a spectacular diving competition, each summer.

The Furore fiord is one of the most fascinating geological features on the entire Amalfi Coast. Furores beach, easily visible from the bridge which spans the width of the fiord, is located directly opposite the old fishing village, which has now been transformed into a museum. The 25 meter long beach, was originally used as a landing stage for commercial craft. Furore beach only catches the sun in the early hours of the morning and, as a consequence, never gets too hot, even in high summer.A pebble beach, at the foot of the cliff on which an ancient Saracen watch tower (the Torre a Mare) takes pride of place. It is from the beach of Marina di Praia thatone of the Amalfi Coasts most romantic coastal walks begins, taking visitors all the way around the cliff, beneath the tower. The beach is home to a number of excellent restaurants and the Africana, arguably the most fashionable dance club on the whole of the Amalfi Coast. Given its position, the beach catches the sun only during the central hours of the day.

One of the Amalfi Coasts most-loved beaches, Gavitella is famous for its spectacular view of Positano, Li Galli and the Island of Capri and its magnificent sunsets. All of which more than compensates for the steep flight of steps youll need to climb down to get there.

If you don't feel up to the steps: A shuttle boat links Gavitella beach with both Marina di Praia and Positanos Marina Grande. The service is available free of charge for guests dining at Gavitellas restaurant.

A privately owned beach, Gavitella is just 30 meters long. Additional space has been created in the form of two concrete platforms. The lido has an excellent restaurant open for both lunch and dinner (in the peak summer season, the shuttle boat service also operates in the evenings),

Nightlife on the Amalfi Coast tends to gravitate around the glamorous seaside town of Positano. In the summer, holidaymakers have every excuse to stay up until the early hours of the morning, dining in one of Positano's panoramic sea edge restaurant's, drinking in any of a series of fashionable bars and pavement cafes, and dancing the night away at Music on The Rocks, the legendary discotheque on the Spiaggia Grande beach.

The Amalfi Coast's most famous night club is located in Praiano. Created inside a natural cave, almost at sea level, Africana first opened in 1962.

This popular seaside resort has kept its character of quiet fishermen's village through the Praiano is just one step away from the two most lively villages of the coast. The Sita bus line connects Praiano to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. The local orange bus circles around the village and takes you down to the beach and as far as Positano as well.

As a traveller going to Praiano you will appreciate its slow pace. At the same time, the quality of its restaurants as well as the friendly atmosphere of the local cafes, such as Bar del Sole, will not disappoint you. Small as it is, the village does have its own grocery stores and ATM.

Praiano's beach is the small, enchanting Marina di Praia, which is situated at the end of the wild Praia valley. The surrounding cliffs have been deeply marked by erosion. On a rocky promontory stands the cylindrical mass of Torre a Mare: a medieval structure which recalls the centuries-old struggle of the area's inhabitants against the attacks of pirates.
