Villa Imperati - Splendid villa with private pool overlooking the sea

Villa Imperati is a stunning sea-view residence, recently renovated and tastefully furnished in a modern, bright style. Elegant and spacious, it is located on the west side of Praiano, offering breathtaking sunsets overlooking Positano and Capri. The property features a magnificent private outdoor swimming pool (open from 15th April to 19th October) with panoramic sea views, as well as a large garden equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a barbecue area.



Ideally located in the heart of Praiano, the villa is accessible via a combination of steps and a typical pedestrian pathway. The house is not accessible by car, but this characteristic makes the experience even more special, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful atmosphere of the village and its breathtaking views.



Please note: The location is not suited for persons with walking disabilities or health problems. All the services are only accessible by descending steps, due to the typical configuration of Praiano, where many services are located lower than the house.



The villa is organized on 2 floors:



GROUND FLOOR



• Large garden with a splendid sea view pool, hot outdoor shower and barbecue,

• Second Garden with access to the bedrooms,

• Living room, with dining table, sofa and two armchairs, with direct access to the garden,

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,

• 1 double Bedroom (bed sizes 160x190) with private access from the Garden;

• 1 single bedroom with garden access - where we can add another single bed (it is not possible to have a double, but only two single beds) - this is located between the double room and the rest of the house, even if it has a private access from the garden

• 2 bathrooms with shower



FIRST FLOOR

• 1 double bedroom (bed sizes 160x190) with private terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with deck chairs

• 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi with sea view



Villa Imperati is located on the west side of Praiano, in a very peaceful and quiet area. It is possible to reach the Villa through about 100 comfortable steps, alternating with a typical path.



Parking: The house does not have private parking directly on-site, but a paid parking area is available about 650 meters away, which should be booked in advance, for a fee. While this may be a small inconvenience, the distance is easily walkable, and the private parking offers the security of a reserved space for the duration of your stay. Alternatively, paid public parking is available about 200 meters away.



NOTE: During high season, parking can be particularly difficult to find. We therefore recommend reserving your parking space when booking to ensure availability.



Public Transport: Public transport connections, including local buses, can vary depending on the time of day and season. During peak season, the service may be more crowdedless punctual. For greater convenience, we can suggest alternative options, such as taxi services, which can be booked in advance.



Within walking distance of the house, you'll find:

• One Fire Beach Club (about 20 minutes on foot)

• Bars and restaurants (about 5 minutes on foot)

• Small grocery store (about 5 minutes on foot)

• Local bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot)

• Sita bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot).
