The Villa enjoys a wonderful sea view and a panorama unique in the world. The property is accessible from the SS 163 via 93 steps that lead to the entrance of the Villa.
The interior of the house is organized on two levels:
Ground floor:
Elegant living room with lounge and fireplace equipped with air conditioning;
Fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Induction Hob, Washing Machine);
2 double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning;
Bathroom with shower
Upper floor:
No. 2 double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, one of which has a panoramic balcony;
Bathroom with shower
The villa has a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, two of these in additional sunbeds. Possibility of adding a cot if necessary.
The property has nr. 2 parking spaces.
The external environment, set among lemon groves and herbaceous plants, is spread over terraces on several levels organized into a relaxation area, swimming pool, solarium and dining area with Vietri ceramic table.
About 5 minutes on foot you can reach and access (160 steps) the small beach of "Acqua Chiara".
In about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Maiori full of services, bars, restaurants and shops.
