Our yard crew had been there just before your arrival to freshen up the outdoors, and they were instructed to remove any wasp nests they found. The house was also sprayed for insects both indoors and outdoors. We understood how frustrating this could be, especially with the wasp population being particularly prominent in Texas this year. We experienced the same challenges at our own home and kept wasp spray nearby. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the wasp problem, and we will definitely look into hiring an exterminator to address that. We also understand the importance of cleanliness and will ensure that the house is thoroughly dusted and that the drains in the bathroom are cleaned before future guests arrive. Your comments about the laundry room have been noted, and we will take action to improve that as well. We hope you reached out to us about these issues during your stay so we could have assisted you promptly. We were never made aware of any problems, and it appears the thermostat was set on a schedule mode, which could have been easily turned off had we known.
