About our cleaning fees:
In prep for every guest, professional cleaners scour every inch of our properties, following strict cleaning manuals that stipulate every detail, from how the towels are set to how the bed looks. This includes sanitizing all touchpoints/surfaces. Providing our guests with the cleanest, most-comfortable stay is non-negotiable for us. And it is for this level of quality that we must charge cleaning fees. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
Guests are expected to be respectful of residents, other guests, and physical amenities in/on the property.
Pets:
One pet per stay (dogs only) is permitted with host approval only. Must be included in your reservation. A pet fee of $110 will apply.
Parking:
Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces. There is 1 covered carport spot and 1 driveway spot.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am prompt, unless late check out has been approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 11:30 am or later will be charged an additional $50.00 per half hour.
Quiet Hours:
Guests will be quiet and respectful of neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
No Parties:
Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. Fines of up to $100.00/unapproved guest may be charged.
No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500.00 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
Cleaning:
We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.
Infant & Children Supervision:
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash:
A 13-gal rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink. Large garbage bins are found in the parking lot to dispose of trash. Trash valet will pick up garbage from outside the apartment door Sunday - Thursday starting at 8:00 PM. 13-Gal trash bag must be tied and left inside trash bin. If more than 1 bag, it must be tied and place on top of trash bin. Flatten any boxes before placing outside. Trash may be placed outside the apartment door between 6:00PM - 7:50 PM. Trash bin must be brought back into apartment no later than 9:00AM. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a $50.00 charge per infraction.
Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections:
The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host is not responsible for and cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
LIABILITY MESSAGE:
By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity using the pool, fitness centre, lawn games, and any activity in the surrounding area. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.
You acknowledge the risk involved with activities using the pool, fitness centre and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.
