Small villa with large garden. Confidentiality and relaxation.

The house is located in the middle of the Elban countryside, near a farm and other houses. The sea is 900m away (Schiopparello beach). The property consists of 2000 square meters of garden and wooded areas, all of which can be used by guests. The house is single-family, on two floors, for a total of 120 square meters, furnished with family furniture in Provencal style, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Ground floor: entrance, large living room with dining corner, kitchen, bathroom, veranda. First floor: corridor, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace. Large garden and wooded area; parking for 3 cars.
It is suggested to watch the video to get a good perspective from above.
Located in a central position on the island, it allows you to reach the most famous Elban beaches of the central east coast by car in 10-20 '.
Equipment: Wi Fi with radio link, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, built-in barbecue, flat screen TV with satellite dish for non-paying Italian / foreign channels, iron, 2 hair dryers. Bed linen / towels for a fee (13 € / person), on request. Animals welcome.
In the cold months (from November to April) the house is not available due to lack of adequate heating.

Wundervoll

Wir, Familie mit Hund, hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit seinem riesigen Garten. Ruhig gelegen, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zu wundervollen Stränden und allem was man benötigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ivo ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Empfehlenswert

Da ich bereits Bewertungen anderer Gäste gelesen hatte, war ich natürlich sehr gespannt, ob alles wirklich so positiv ist. Und ich bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Haus ist gemütlich, mit allem, was man braucht, sauber, gepflegt, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch. Die kurze "Einweisung" am ersten Tag war toll und trug dazu bei, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen lieben Dank

Ivo's house is a wonderful Italian villa located in a perfect spot to enjoy Elba island at its best

2020 and 2021 were very tough years, myself and my kids were apart from my parents (nonni) for almost 2 years. Finally we were able to come to Italy and we traveled all together to Elba island to stay in Ivo's villetta. We could not have had a better time. This warm and welcoming house is furnished with antiques and art collected by the cultured Bandi family. The house is not only surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and overlooking the blue bay of Portoferraio; most importantly its location is very strategic: within 15 min driving you have easy access to wonderful beaches both on the north and the south side. And here it is the secret (as suggested by Ivo, the host): always look for the wind direction and chose the beaches that have wind blowing from the land to the sea. This was definitely the best tip of all that made our vacation unique. Beside that, Ivo has been a perfect host, always quick to respond to our questions and giving us the best suggestions regarding food, wine, olive oil or places to visit. Thank you Ivo we will remember this vacation for all our lives!

Schönes Haus mit schönen Garten

Wir waren zu viert mit unseren Hunden da und es wahr ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist super gut gelegen ; ruhig in der Natur und doch schnell in den darum liegenden Städten und Stränden. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet , gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es war sehr schön in dem rissigen Garten zu grillen oder dem Sonnenuntergang auf der oberen Terrasse zu genießen. Familie Bandi sind super freundlich und bei allen fragen sofort zu erreichen, vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Sentirsi a casa!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa due settimane. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, quasi come a casa nostra. La posizione della casa è ottima per raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle del isola e i supermercati più economici. La casa è molto ventilata e non abbiamo mai sentito caldo. Durante le sere abbiamo usato tantissimo il barbecue che si trova in giardino. Vicino alla casa c'è un bellissimo sentiero da percorrere a piedi. L'unica cosa che aggiungerei in cucina è un tegame per cuocere le piadine. Noi emiliano romagnoli di adozione ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Se ritorno all'isola sicuramente tornerei alla "cara al sol".

casa confortevole e fresca

Abbiamo passato un bel soggiorno in questa casa grande, fresca, silenziosa, con un bellissimo giardino che offre tanti spazi per tutti. Ci ha colpiti soprattutto la freschezza della casa, specie la sera mangiando in giardino, non abbiamo mai patito il caldo, e anche all'interno della casa le stanze sono ben ventilate dal riscontro d'aria. Cucina abbastanza fornita. Sicuramente da consigliare, e anche da tornare! Proprietario di casa disponibile e gentile.

Schönes Fleckchen auf Elba

Schönes charmantes Haus mit persönlichem Charakter und Grundstück in einer vorwiegend ruhigen Gegend. Schön angelegter Garten mit großen Pinien, die Schatten spenden und Landhauscharakter im inneren des Hauses laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zur zweit im September (Moskito-Spray empfehlenswert) sehr genossen und die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Küche morgens, mittags und abends genutzt. Gutes Essen auf Elba muss nicht teuer sein, wenn man selbst der Koch ist und bereit ist die Landesküche zu erkunden. Die ersten kühlen Abende im September haben wir mit dem Kamin begrüßt. Einzig die beginnende Jagdsaison mit den ewig bellenden Hunden war teilweise ein wenig ruhestörend in den Abendstunden. Die Lage des Hauses ist von Vorteil, wenn man Elba und seine 115 Strände in alle Richtungen erkunden möchte. Ein Supermarkt um die Ecke hat alles nötige auf Vorrat. Für besondere Wünsche ist Portoferraio mit größeren Supermärkten in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und die Fähre ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Vor Ort empfiehlt sich zudem ein Roller, der unheimliche Flexibilität beim Einkaufen und Entdecken bietet. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

VACANZE ELBA AGOSTO 2019

La casa si trova in una posizione ottima per ogni spostamento in una zona tranquilla circondata da un'area verde con una bella veranda dove si può magiare, la casa è ben attrezzata c'e' anche un bel barbecue che abbiamo utilizzato per delle grigliate. Lovely country side cottage

Lovely spacious cottage with well equipped kitchen, games and seaside equipment. Plenty of space in pretty garden and on veranda for eating and relaxing in the shade. Within walking distance to a beach and driving distance to lots of lovely beaches, restaurants and villages with lots to do. Walking distance to well stocked local supermarket. The owner Ivo who speaks excellent English is very approachable and helpful and gives lots of information on the house, how to get there, restaurants and places to visit. We had a lovely time and hope to return one day.

Comfortable House - well situated

We were two families and enjoyed our vacation in this comfortable and spacious house with its beautiful garden very much. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for your daily life. We found the house to be also well situated in the center of the Island of Elba with many places and beaches to be reached easily. The nearby supermarket is in walking distance. We escpecially appreciated the fluent communication with the owner.

Massimo relax

Siamo stati in questa casa in 8, ci siamo trovati benissimo perché la casa è spaziosa, funzionale e arredata con gusto. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma non ce n’è assolutamente bisogno perché il casa c’è un buon giro d’aria. Silenzio assoluto ma a pochi minuti di macchina da Portoferraio. Gli spazi esterni sono notevoli. La consiglio!

Stattliches, gepflegtes Haus voller Altertümer

1. Herr Ivo Bandi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herr Bandi lebt in Rom, wollte uns bei einem Autounfall aber aus der Ferne gerne helfen, da wir kein italienisch sprechen. Auch bei einer Unklarheit (Gasgeruch?) war sehr schnell die Haushälterin mit einem Mechaniker da. 2. Das Haus: Mitte Oktober wird es im Haus kühl. Es gibt keine Heizung, was uns aber bekannt war. Dafür gab es aber Decken in Hülle und Fülle. Die Betten sind top, auch das bereitgestellte Bettzeug sehr kuschelig. Küche gut ausgerüstet - auch gute Pfannen! TV nur mit italienischen Programmen, kein Radio, kein W-Lan. Das war bekannt und auch nicht vermisst. Der Blick auf die Umgebung bis nach Portoferraio unverbaut und sehr schön. Die Gartenanlage rund ums Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Durch regelmäßiges Wässern konnten wir die Rosensträucher noch mal zum Blühen bringen. Der hintere, große Teil des Grundstücks mit den Nutzhölzern war sehr trocken. Die vorhandene Berieselungsanlage war nicht aktiv. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in einem schönen Haus. Wir haben das Haus schon an Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Sehr schönes Haus außerhalb von Portoferraio.

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Es ist alles da was man zum Leben benötigt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Relaxed in the middle of Elba

We really enjoyed our week long holiday on Elba in this Ferienhaus. The fact that it didnt have Wifi was a plus for us as it meant we could really relax and get away from real life. The garden is a wonderful place to enjoy a barbeque or have breakfast under a pomegranite tree and there are also many options nearby for eating out which Ivo recommends. The house is warm and comfortable with everything you need and the nearby supermarket and vineyard makes stocking up a breeze. Highly recommended, thank you.

Siamo stati veramente bene presso "Cara al sol". L'isola offre tantissimo per una vacanza da tutti i punti di vista. L'alloggio è spazioso, confortevole e assolutamente ospitale.

È una casa accogliente, spaziosa, fornita di tutti i comfort.L'arredo è molto ricercato.

Eravamo in 8 e gli spazi erano molto adeguati. Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consigliamo vivamente.
