Villa Magica, a stunning retreat with a private heated pool, is located just 10 km from Pula in the village of Radeki Polje.

This spacious villa offers a wealth of amenities, including a heated pool, a private garden with swings and a trampoline, a terrace with a barbecue and dining area, and a secure, fenced parking lot.

Inside, the villa features four bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. There are three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub), as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.

The ground floor boasts an open-plan living room, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the pool and lush garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds.

Internet is free and available throughout the facility.

Brijuni National Park, an idyllic archipelago, is roughly 25 km away from Radeki Polje, accessible by boat from Fažana. The stunning Lim Channel, a natural bay ideal for outdoor activities, is located about 15 km to the west. The Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, known for its dramatic coastline and biodiversity, lies around 35 km to the southeast of Radeki Polje.
