Villa Fumeti

Charming villa with pool, three bedrooms, tavern, ideal for family with kinds.

If you want to enjoy in a quiet and peaceful area but also close to the small city and not far from the sea, this is an ideal villa for you. The house is in the village of Fumeti, just a few kilometers from Barban.

On the ground floor you can find an open space kitchen with dining area, living room (including sofa bed for two) + children s toys. Apart of that, there are some toys for the kids. Ground floor has also a tavern with a big table for 10 people (open or closed), and a toilet.

First floor consists of 3 big bedrooms, each with double bed and one with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom also has a TV, and there is one more bathroom on the upper floor for guests.

Outside, there is a big pool, with fenced garden, small children place for playing, toilet and a shower, and enough space on carefully trimmed lawn so your children can play games carefully on your sight.

Wonderful House with Some Considerations

We recently stayed at this vacation house, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The house is truly beautiful and lives up to the pictures—100% accurate. It's exceptionally well-equipped, providing everything needed for a pleasant holiday. The property manager is also top-notch. However, there are a few downsides that potential guests should weigh for themselves. Let's start with the minor issues: installing fly screens on the windows would be beneficial due to the location, as there are quite a few mosquitoes and flies. Also, there's no toaster, which might inconvenience some guests. Now, onto the more significant concerns. The presence of surveillance cameras throughout the property, including the pool area, raised some discomfort. Although the owner assured us that they weren't actively monitored, the "big brother is watching you" feeling persisted. We took matters into our own hands by disconnecting the recorder and covering the cameras. The most bothersome aspect was the neighbor behind the house. Their dog, already hoarse from barking, jumped at everything. Additionally, the neighbor keeps six couples of dogs in kennels, which bark loudly for 1-2 hours during feeding times and whenever cars pass by. We brought our own dog, and while we appreciated the fenced yard, the typical local practice of chaining and kennels was heart-wrenching. In summary, the house itself and the property manager are excellent, but potential guests should consider the above.

Es war insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man sich vorstellen kann und für den Alltag benötigt (Küchenutensilien in sämtlichen Ausführungen, Spiele, in jedem Raum TV mit Internet-Zugang etc.) wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf aus diesem Grunde sehr ruhig. Zudem ist sie sehr super und bittet diverse Möglichkeiten um sich dort länger aufzuhalten.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit enormer Ausstattung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem tollen Haus. Dort fehlte wirklich nichts, von Gewürzen über Spiele und Luftmatratzen für den Pool war alles vorhanden. Der wunderschöne Pool war unser Highlight. Die Lage war wie beschrieben etwas ruhiger. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei und sehr fürsorglich.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Für jedes Alter gibt es Spiele und Unterhaltung (Playstation, Netflix....) Die Küchenausstattung ist der Hammer. Man hat an alles gedacht, für Kleinkinder und Babys alles vorhanden. Auch für die Haustiere . Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat sind die schönen Sonnenuntergänge. Am Abend der beleuchtete Garten und Pool. Die Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Die Pizzeria in dem romantischen kleinen Dorf Barban gegenüber dem Supermarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Was man unbedingt gesehen haben muss ist die Stadt Rovinj. Sehr schöne Altstadt und am Abend sehr romantisch. Das Haus ist fantastisch. Für uns alle war es einer der schönsten Urlaube. Vielen Dank Branka für den wunderschönen Urlaub.

Rundum zufriedenstellend

An dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Eine super Ausstattung, sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist alles inklusive. Im Nachbarhaus hat es Hunde, die ziemlich bellenden bei Nacht, da die Zimmer aber auch alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind, kann man wenn einen das bellen stört, auch einfach die Fenster geschlossen lassen.

Schöne erholsame Zeit!

Gemütliches Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool. Leider waren während der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes extrem viele Wespen am Pool. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Perfekte Villa zum entspannen

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt wenig bis gar keinen Verkehr und man kann vollkommen in Ruhe den Urlaub genießen. Wenn man Abends mal (etwas) lauter ist und den Urlaubstag auf der Terrasse ausklingen lässt, stört man niemanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ein Traum. Für jedes Schlafzimmer (alle haben eine Klimaanlage) gibt es ein Badezimmer plus eine Toilette im EG in Pool Nähe. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche war top, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Beste an dem Haus ist jedoch der Außenbereich mit Pool und Terrasse. Dort hat man ab 9:30 Uhr morgens den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben den Küchentisch auf die überdachte Terrasse gestellt, damit wir auch immer draußen essen können. Einziger kleiner negativer Punkt: da das Haus sehr ländlich liegt, gibt es viele Fliegen und Wespen. Man sollte daher immer die Türen und Fenster geschlossen halten und am Pool etwas aufpassen, wo man hin tritt. Außerdem muss man mindestens 20-25min bis zum nächsten Supermarkt fahren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging einfach per Whatsapp. Checkin und Checkout konnten wir so sehr einfach abstimmen. Auch sonst wäre er zwischendurch immer erreichbar gewesen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll zum spazieren und laufen gehen. Die Klimaanlage ist wirklich angenehm wenn es draußen sehr warm ist, es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es war ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Tolles Anwesen für entspannte 2 Wochen mit Familie und Freunden
