This modern and spacious fourth floor apartment is ideally located in Estepona port, close to bars, restaurants, beaches and a short distance to old town. This fully air conditioned property offers two en-suite bedrooms; a master bedroom equipped with two single beds that may be joined together to form a super king size bed (180x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and hand-basin. The second bedroom also has two single beds (90x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and hand-basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances with a small fridge/freezer for your holiday. The spacious lounge consists of a living area with comfortable seating for three guests and a large Smart TV that includes national and international channels (including Sky) and a dining area for four guests. The property boasts two separate covered terraces (sun rooms) with relaxing seating for up to six guests and a dining bar with two high stools. The closed-in terraces have amazing south-east views to the marina, sea, mountain and communal swimming pool. It also includes a high speed fibre optic internet connection throughout the property. The popular complex of Puerto Paraiso offers two communal swimming pools that are available all year round and parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. Two supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, plus two beaches are all within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment. You can also park nearby for free and the property would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular. This makes it an ideal location for those who do not wish to hire a car and have everything on their door step.
