Set in a family-friendly zone just 60 meters from the ski resort and 290 meters from the supermarket, the apartment provides easy access to winter sports, local amenities, and scenic alpine adventures. The surrounding mountainous area is perfect for hiking, skiing, and exploring the natural beauty of the region.

Inside, guests will find a cozy living space with central heating, a TV, and a private balcony furnished for outdoor relaxation. The building features an elevator and a communal swimming pool, adding extra comfort and leisure to your stay. Open-air parking is available in the adjoining building for added convenience.
