Located just 200 meters from the ski area, this first-floor apartment at Rue des Sequoias, number 102, offers a cozy and well-equipped retreat in the Rhone Alpes region of Les Deux Alpes. Ideal for couples or small families, it combines convenience with comfort in a peaceful alpine setting.

The living room features a bunk bed and a TV, while the separate bedroom includes a double bed—accommodating up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary dishes and cutlery, making it perfect for self-catering stays. A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine adds to the convenience.

Guests can enjoy fresh mountain air from the private balcony, which includes garden furniture, and stay connected with available internet access. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing, this apartment offers a functional and inviting base.

Séjour et cuisine très bien pour 4 personnes. Propreté correcte. Très belle vue sans vis à vis sur les montagnes. Cependant l'annonce mentionnait "pied des pistes". Or il faut environ 10 min pour rejoindre le pied des pistes et grimper un raidillon (difficile avec les skis et chaussures notamment pour les enfants. La chambre n'est pas équipée d'un lit mais d'un BZ dont les oreillers sont à changer (idem pour les lits superposés). La salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rénovée car elle est vieillotte et peu fonctionnelle. Nous avons aussi subi les soirées bruyantes de l'appartement du dessus.

Wohnbereich und Küche waren für vier Personen ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend. Man hatte einen wunderschönen, unverbauten Blick auf die Berge. In der Anzeige stand jedoch „direkter Zugang zur Piste“. Tatsächlich benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten, um die Talstation zu erreichen, und muss einen steilen Hügel hinaufsteigen (schwierig mit Skiern und Skischuhen, besonders für Kinder). Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht mit einem Bett, sondern mit einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet, dessen Kissen erneuert werden müssten (dasselbe gilt für das Etagenbett). Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, da es veraltet und wenig funktional ist. Außerdem mussten wir abends Lärm aus der Wohnung über uns ertragen.
