This cozy and spacious waterfront apartment in Agde offers 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. The 40 m² living space is thoughtfully designed to provide a homely atmosphere, complete with modern conveniences such as outdoor furniture, a 10 m² terrace, a washing machine, barbecue, iron, and a TV. The apartment also features electric heating, air conditioning, and covered parking to ensure a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Ideally located just 200 meters from both the sandy beach and the city center, the apartment is set in a family-friendly area near the sea.
