Located on Avenue des Pattes Rouges in Valras-Plage, this charming 65 m² villa offers a cozy and light-filled escape for up to 7 guests. With 3 bedrooms and a welcoming layout, it’s ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy the coast. Just 450 meters from the sandy beach, 1 km from restaurants, and 2 km from a supermarket, the villa is perfectly placed in a peaceful, family-friendly zone near the sea.

The property features a private garden with outdoor furniture, open-air parking, and access to a communal heated swimming pool. Inside, guests enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning, electric heating, a TV, and thoughtful extras such as a hair dryer and iron. Whether you're lounging in the garden or relaxing indoors, the villa is designed for comfort and convenience.

The open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, everything is at your fingertips. This villa blends coastal charm with practical amenities for a memorable stay.
