The house is completely restored. The interior is finished. Renting began counting from 02 July 2011.

The villa comprises: 3 bedrooms, an attic, living room and dining room of about 40m2. a kitchen with an induction hob. a separate bathroom and toilet.

The lease is located à150m the village center and 500m
from the beach.

Once at the villa you can park your vehicle in
the courtyard of the villa.

A Valras everything can be done on foot.


Transport: In the village of VALRAS, all the shops are concentrated about 150 meters from the house. If you wish to travel to Beziers, the transport of people are frequent and are priced from 50 cents to € or if you take a book, the ticket is 30 cents €.

Worth a return visit

A great experience - spacious accommodation, as described; clean, comfortable, well equipped and within a five minute walk of the beach. Friendly hosts who made us feel welcome.

Conveniently close to beach and very good base for day trips

This was a quiet, sparsely furnished home with a well-equipped kitchen and an enclosed driveway that provided plenty of space for the Audi A4 station wagon that we drove. It was conveniently located just minutes by foot to the beach, numerous restaurants and shopping areas. It was also a very good base for our day trips to Narbonne, Carcassone, Nimes and even Orange. David welcomed us warmly and responded quickly to our requests during our stay.

L'hôte a été très accueillant disponible et réactif, le logement est propre bien situé et très spacieux et bénéficie d'une belle luminosité.nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'avoir le soleil mais la terrasse doit être super l'été et le fait de pouvoir se garer devant la maison est un plus quand on sait la difficulté de se garer en haute saison je recommande

Fijn huis dicht bij het strand jammer dat je je eigen beddengoed en linnengoed mee moest nemen. In de papieren die ik van de verhuurder had gekregen stond alleen linnengoed dus thuis heb ik het beddengoed uit mijn spullen gehaald die heb ik ter plekken weer gekocht. Ik denk dat de oorzaak is miscommunicatie taal. En de borg die we cash mee moesten, normaal staat mijn creditcard borg voor geleden schade aan een woning. Verder heerlijk genoten en op naar volgend jaar om weer een mooi huis te vinden waar we onze vakantie kunnen vieren.

Maison très bien située calme très propre.Equipements parfait on n'a manqué de rien. Propriétaire très accueillant.Les deux chambres du bas sont très bien adaptées à un couple avec deux enfants (lits superposés dans l'une d'elles).La chambre du haut est mansardée : le plafond est un peu bas pour loger un deuxieme couple.

Pour 4 adultes , il faudrait aménager la 2e chambre en bas avec un grand lit, les 2 lits superposés pas possible et celle du haut beaucoup trop mansardée il n'y a en réalité qu'une vrai chambreDommage que le propriétaire ne se soit pas manifesté de toute la semaine même par message afin de demander si tout allait bien d'autant plus qu'il réside dans la même rue

Schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Man kann Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs zu Fuß erledigen. Einen Bäcker, einen Supermarkt wie auch einen Metzger und Fischmarkt gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Auch bekommt man Pizza (auf der gleichen Straße) und Kebap. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns das Haus ausführlich erklärt. Auch mit der Abreise hat alles super funktioniert. Wir können das Haus und den Gastgeber sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très bien située, au calme. On peut faire ses courses à pied pour les besoins quotidiens. Il y a une boulangerie, un supermarché, une boucherie et un marché aux poissons au coin de la rue. On peut aussi trouver des pizzas (dans la même rue) et des kebabs. La plage n'est pas loin. Notre hôte était très aimable et nous a expliqué la maison en détail. Tout a également très bien fonctionné pour le départ. Nous recommandons vivement la maison et l'hôte et reviendrons volontiers.

Maison spacieuse tout près de la plage

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille. Il y a tout le confort dans la maison. La chambre mansardée à l'étage convient plutôt pour des enfants. David est un hôte très réactif, disponible, nous avons apprécié sa souplesse au niveau des horaires.
