Welcome to Partenope, an elegant design apartment located in the heart of Piano di Sorrento, perfect for a dream stay on the Sorrento Coast. Modern, spacious, and welcoming, it overlooks the town’s main square, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. Its location is ideal — just a four-minute walk from the train station, allowing easy access to Sorrento (only two stops away), as well as Pompeii, Naples, and the Amalfi Coast.

Designed to accommodate up to five guests, the apartment combines elegance and functionality in every detail. The two double bedrooms are bright and refined: the master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, a 50-inch smart TV, and a window overlooking the square, while the second bedroom boasts a private balcony with views of the sea and the town below. The main bathroom, decorated in soft pink tones, includes a large rain shower for a truly relaxing experience.

The living room is the heart of the home, offering a large, comfortable sofa where you can unwind in front of a 50-inch smart TV. A single sofa bed provides additional sleeping space if needed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, and all essential utensils — perfect for preparing and enjoying homemade meals. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer ensures convenience for longer stays.

Located on the first floor of a peaceful building without an elevator, the apartment is entirely at guests’ disposal. A secure parking area is available nearby, in partnership with the train station, at a daily rate of €20, subject to reservation.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with an additional charge of €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
A valid ID is required upon arrival for mandatory registration with the Italian Police system. The tourist tax is €4 per person per night (up to seven nights, from April to November), with exemptions for guests under 18.

There were many restaurants and Cafe's nearby. Many assorted shops and a bakery right below the apartment. Prices are very reasonable. There are 4 grocery stores within walking distance and mom and pop fruit and veggies stirr also. Rouge restaurant is delicious and the owners more than hospitable. You won't be disappointed. Everyone is very helpful. We would stay again.

The property was in a very small and quaint area of Sorrento. It was however difficult to get taxis & uber from the area. The rates were ridiculous in price and most of the drivers we encountered were rather rude. The property has some cleanliness issues and we were rather surprised to see that to be the case. There was mold all over the shower head and corners of the shower. The washer had a mold smell in it too. The biggest issue was the couch that converted to the 5th bed in the living room had black mold and fungus growing on it. We discovered it after the first night when one of our kids woke up complaining about not feeling well. We let the host know immediately and they offered no remedy or help for it. I have the pictures to prove the issues of it. The other major issue was the lack of toiletries in the unit. We had five people and were told they would have it for us, but gave us enough to wash one person for a night. The town is great but it sits outside of convenience and hard to get around economically.

We were particularly surprised by the comments about transportation because we had specifically explained the easiest and most convenient ways to get around. Local advice exists for a reason: we live and work here and know which solutions actually work best. Instead, you chose expensive taxis and then blamed the property for their prices and availability. The local bus stops practically across the street, costs about €1.50, is air-conditioned and connects the entire Sorrento Peninsula. The train station is also just a 4-minute walk away, with Sorrento only a few minutes by train and direct connections to Pompeii and Naples. We can recommend the simplest solutions; unfortunately, we cannot force guests to use them, nor can we control taxi fares or drivers’ manners. Regarding the alarming “black mold and fungus”: the sofa was directly below the AC unit, whose water container guests are specifically instructed to empty when full. This instruction was ignored, water overflowed onto the sofa and caused severe moisture damage, ultimately forcing us to replace it. A rather important detail somehow missing from the review. We also inspected the supposedly mold-covered shower: what we found was limescale accumulation and some signs of wear, not mold. We nevertheless take maintenance seriously and decided to replace the affected components. Finally, toiletries are provided as a complimentary initial courtesy kit, not as an unlimited hotel supply for five people throughout the stay.
