We would like to clarify, in the kindest way, that the seasonal availability of the hot tub is clearly stated as one of the first pieces of information in the apartment description, specifying that it is available from June to September. This is also indicated in the amenities section to avoid any misunderstanding. For this reason, we believe it may have simply been an oversight, and it is a pity when such details lead to a perception that can negatively affect the property.
Regarding the absence of a reception desk, this is completely normal, as the property is not a hotel but a vacation rental, as clearly stated. We operate through platforms like Vrbo, where accommodations are managed remotely and do not include a 24-hour front desk service.
We are genuinely sorry and a bit disappointed that these aspects influenced your experience, especially since they are transparently communicated in advance.
