Enjoy a luxurious and relaxing stay in our apartment, completed in July 2019. The property looks brand-new and modern, and is designed to offer maximum comfort during your vacation.

Optimal indoor climate: All rooms have air conditioning, so you can enjoy the perfect temperature around the clock.
Sleeping Comfort: The apartment sleeps 6. You’ll find two bedrooms with very comfortable, high-quality beds (sleeps 4 adults) and a spacious sofa bed for two in the living room.
Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Chromecast, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies from your own subscriptions.
Clean drinking water: We have installed an advanced water filtration system. The water from the kitchen faucet is therefore safe and clean to drink, so you don’t have to buy plastic bottles.

The outdoor area is a spacious extension of the living room, designed for complete relaxation:

Sun and Shade: Enjoy the sun on the two comfortable sun loungers, or retreat to the shade under the large, adjustable awnings during the hottest hours of the day.
Social Zone: The terrace is furnished with an elegant lounge set and a cozy dining area for outdoor meals.
Exclusive Pool: Access to a shared, exquisite pool area that is a feast for the eyes. The area is beautifully landscaped with natural green grass, palm-flanked zones, and umbrellas.

We are looking for responsible guests who will take care of our apartment as if it were their own. We primarily rent to families and adults over 25 years of age.
