Our well maintained Cabo Roig Sun holiday home is ideal for a relaxing family or a group holiday of up to 6 people. It's an air-conditioned recently updated quad house in Cabo Roig with free super-fast fiber WiFi and with a big communal pool. The house’s most outstanding feature has to be its location as it is within a very close walking distance to all amenities and beaches, with the closest beach being 15 minutes' walk away. The closest grocery shop is less than 15 mins' walk to get your freshly baked baguettes for breakfast.

Noise is never a problem in this residential area but yet just a few minutes’ walk will bring you to the hub of the Cabo Roig entertainment - shops, restaurants (European, Thai, Indian, Mexican Chinese and of course traditional Spanish, etc.), cafes and bars. Lots of bars on the strip offer live music entertainment, such as Abba or Queen tribute bands (those 2 are my personal favourites!) with dancing space too!
Children or teenagers will never be bored with the pool just round the corner and lots of attractions in the area. Key access is given to the gated communal pool which includes a children’s paddling pool. There are hardly any cars passing the property so very safe if you have young children with you.
Golfers should also note that 3 top golf courses, Villamartín, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 5-15-minute drive away.
To keep the kids entertained whilst you sip sangria on the terrace there is an LG smart TV with channels in various languages, including English (BBC, ITV etc ) and Spanish, and a selection of DVDs, books and games. All this makes it an affordable holiday in a beautiful location with lots of sun and entertainment.
There are always many parking spaces on the quiet road just outside of the house.
Zenia bouleveard (5-8 min drive) is a big outdoor shopping centre with splash fountains area and play centres for children as well as a number of cafes and restaurants - it 's always great to visit.

The property had everything we needed and so much more, we only had 1 small issue with a socket one night but this was swiftly sorted out the following morning after a phone call with the property manager, I/we would happily stay here again

Good location

Good area and close to restaurants and bars and the sea. Would prefer walk-in shower as opposed to shower over bath.

Great location 10 mins stroll to main strip lots of bars with live music good restaurants we went during a very hot spell 45degees most days far too hot for us house was very comfortable but needs a lot clearing out top of wardrobes bedding thrown in needs boxing up clutter in downstairs cupboard smelt as people had just thrown in pool items outside seat covers had gone mouldy outside loungers need replacing hard plastic no mattress for them we hired a car to get around as it was too hot to walk far but we all enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go in August again .can park car just at the end of the road no problem getting a space pool a few minutes walk away was very nice all in all everyone had a great time kind regards Ann and family

A holiday for four seniors

Nothing to complain about, worked really well for our group (4 adults). Location, level of equipment, beds, grill, outdoor spaces, pool area, almost perfect!! And a very helpful maintenance man/house man, big thanks to Tim .Thanks also to Ania for letting us use the wonderful villa

Holiday home

Lovely property had everything you could need. Excellent communication with all involved. It really is a lovely place to stay and within walking distance to Cabo Roig strip and beach. Only downside was unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace but it was winter season and I’m sure during the summer this certainly wouldn’t be the case. Would definitely return.

Das Haus und seine Ausstattung entsprachen genau der Beschreibung Es war sehr praktisch, dass es zwei Bäder gab.Der Pool ist in der Nähe. Uns hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in 5 Autominuten entfernt.Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und werden versuchen, in naher Zukunft wieder dorthin zu kommen. Vielen Dank

Casi perfecto.

La única pega que puedo indicar, es que la piscina esta un tanto alejada, pero super limpia y demás, vamos perfecta. También indicar que el segundo día, teníamos cucarachas en la cocina, baño de bajo y una habitación de arriba (la de dos camas). El resto todo perfecto, hemos estado super agusto. Muchas gracias por todo.

La casa en general está muy bien, pero en la habitación de arriba de matrimonio no había aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo no tiraba aire a penas y era imposible dormir ahí...por lo demás la casa muy bien equipada y muy tranquila.

Very adequate accommodation. A little dated in interior design but provides all utilities necessary and more than suitable for family groups. Located in a quiet area but is still close enough to the Cabo Roig strip for those requiring a more lively evening experience.

Misleading

This was described as an AC house, which was one of the reasons we booked. The picture of the lounge clearly shows an AC unit, however there wasn't one. The double room upstairs has no AC and was very hot, even with the ceiling fan. We stayed here for 2weeks and there was no midweek clean, fist time in all the years we have been staying in villas this had happened. There is limited equipment for 6 people, no fully relaxing chairs, the small wheeled loungers need replacing as the first time I used one the wheel fell of. Wouldn't stay here again Barbara. B

Great house and well located

The property is perfect for a holiday in the sun. 3 well sized bedrooms with ac. Kitchen with everthing you need. Washing machine means you don't need too many clothes. Pool is two minutes walk away. The strip is 7 minutes walk away. Beach is 13 minutes away. English supermarket in the strip. Consumar is 5 minutes further. Owner arranged transfers, property manager is friendly and set the house ready for us. Would definately recommend to my friends. We never go back to the same holiday, but if I could take this house with us to every new destination, I would be happy

Great Villa Great location

A great villa on a good location. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and the beach. Also to shopping centre. Well equipped villa. Comfey beds. Wifi a bonus. Loved stilling on patio. Taxis to and from airport organised for us was handy. Hope to visit again one day. Thankyou to owners Ania and Ben.

We looked in many places but Cabo Roig ticked all the boxes being so close to all you need including beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
The choice of beaches is so great with the closest one less than 15 min walk away.
Costa Blanca South is also centrally located to many places worth visiting including La Manga, Cartagena, Alicante, Benidorm and 2 airports of Corvera Airport (Murcia International) and Alicante. There is also a possibility to take a ferry to Ibiza! Moreover there is choice of golf courses within a few mins drive.
We love the vicinity of Zenia Boulevard, an impressive shopping mall, which is only a 5 min drive away with more than 20 leisure establishments and restaurants, giant screen, health park, children's play area

This is a perfectly located holiday house for a family or a group of friends. It has super-fast fiber WiFi and smart TV with many channels in many languages including English (BBC, ITV) and Spanish. It's in a safe and quiet residential area with lovely neighbours, where you can get your much deserved rest and relaxation; but whenever you need a wilder karaoke night, live music shows or other kind of entertainment the local Cabo Roig 'strip' with a big choice of bars and restaurants is less than 10 min walk away. So unless you want to venture further afield you don't need to hire a car. The strip will satisfy anyone from teenagers to much older generations. The closest Argentinian bar El Gato is only 5 min walk away and it serves lovely pizza.
The house is very spacious and has 2 bathrooms which helps to avoid queues before a night out.
We cannot think of a better holiday home for 6.
