Apartamento totalmente renovado, en el centro histórico de Florencia, equipado con todas las comodidades. Segundo piso sin ascensor, pero con escaleras cómodas. Excelente para una pareja, pero posibilidad de sumar 2 personas gracias al sofá cama. Consta de un dormitorio doble, un baño completo con ducha, cocina-salón con sofá-cama doble, zona de comedor, patio interior muy pequeño. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario, incluido lavavajillas, horno, microondas, hervidor, tostadora y cafetera Nespresso. Smart TV y Wi-Fi con fibra. Aire acondicionado.

Excellent place for the price value. The location is excellent. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the proximity to the Rome attractions. A great place to stay if you're looking to get out and enjoy the city, and have a good night's sleep.

What a great location! This property is minutes away from so many things in Florence. A perfect place to relax and come home to after a day of exploring. Definitely would book again.

Inadequate amenities, unresponsive argumentative host and terrible maintenance issues

We are both professionals, one a host in Toronto. We had 7 nights in this location - one of four stays in Italy. It was pretty and well-located but we had problems from beginning to end. The site clearly said 28 euros each due on arrival. They demanded significantly more, paid in advance before getting the access code. The site also said towels and linens supplied for four (2 beds). The directions to the floor were not clear (second floor in North America refers yo that). Our unit was another flight up and trying to sort that with the host’s daughter was challenging. She wanted door photos and was unaware we were checking in. We figured it out ourselves. We had a small bath towel and hand towel each for a week. A lack of toilet paper (we ran out), a small piece of used soap in the bathroom, no dish towel orpaper towels and coffee but no maker to match it. And no bedding was provided for the second bed. A light was out in the living room, the door handle was missing from the inside of the shower so you couldn’t fully close the foot and needed the only towels provided to mop it and the shower trap fell off as there was no screw holding it on. The hand soap dispenser was broken; broken mug was in the cupboard along with a chipped dish and there were neither cups nor wine glasses for four. Garbage could not be separated; mould in the shower, chip bits in the couch/ pull-out bed and the patio unclean. The host insisted these were untrue and/or would cost more.

Decent place, poor instructions

Next to impossible to find. Managed by people who are unfamiliar with property and neighborhood. No identifying number on door in unlit hallway going up 3 flights of stairs. Had to call VRBO to get help. Communication matters. They evidently didn’t agree or care.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing stay in Florence. This home was more spacious than the images show. 2 minutes to the train and everything important is close. Laundry is 3 minutes away and Osteria Pastella is around the corner and across the street is a very well priced Michelin rated restaurant. Stefano and pina are amazing and the food is spectacular.

Cute apartment in Florence

This apartment is very conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of all the major sites in Florence. It was the perfect size property for the two of us and it had nice amenities. There were a few things that needed maintenance, but nothing that dampened our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend this property as a good value for the money.

Good location

This flat is clean and very close to the airport; a very easy walk away. Similarly, is also walking distance to tourist sites as well as good proximity to restaurants and market. While communication was timely, the host referred me to her daughter before the stay for communication, but did not say to continue communicating with her. When we arrived, we could not open the door and after a very long day of travel, had to wait about 15 minutes to reach the host only to be deferred to her daughter once again for the help that was needed. The pull out bed was extremely comfortable and a good size, but no sheets were provided for it (although we did not request them). The bathroom is very small. This flat was fine for 2 adults, and could certainly sleep 4, but would be very cramped. In the morning, there was considerable noise.

Listing wasn’t accurate. Stay wasn’t great

First, I hardly feel compelled to write reviews, but felt it would be a service to let others know about the listing inaccuracies and our experience. The pics of the apartment are accurate and the apartment is a proper 1Bed that is a good size for a couple. However we were driving in from the Amalfi coast and chose this apartment mostly based on the fact that both in the amenities and the description, it says there is on site parking and seems like it is included in the price (which is rare). That is NOT the case - the parking garage the host told us to park in is a few blocks away, and ended up costing us €240 more. In other similar listings, it is clear that parking is optional, located several meters away, and extra $ so it is possible (not to mention ethical) to disclose. Also, the lack of items to make the space livable was inconvenient… for example there is an espresso machine with no espresso, paper towel holders with no paper towels, you get exactly one towel for your entire stay, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. I reached out to the host to ask if there was more toilet paper, she told me to check under the kitchen sink (which I had of course already done), then when I told her there wasn’t any, she stopped responding to my message. We ended up buying our own toilet paper and paper towels. Also, there was construction between 9-10am every morning with loud banging and drilling upstairs so there was no chance to sleep in.

Location and apartment are perfect!! So close to the train station and all attractions in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

Good location, very communicative host

Host was very communicative and responded very quickly. We had one small issue with cleaning but someone came within the hour to fix the issue. Good amount of space to spread out and easy check in process

Cute, clean, comfortable apartment

My 10 year old son and I had a lovely stay at this cute SMN apartment. Bed was comfy, shower is small but very modern, up to date and functional. Location was great for us. Florence is very walkable city anyhow. A mini tutorial on how to open the door for this foreigner could have saved us some time and anxiety. More than 2 or 2.5 persons would be testing the space. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Comfortable and Cute

Mom and 2 teenage daughters. Mom slept on the pull out sofa bed since I wake up first. It was super comfortable, not your average sleeper sofa. We cooked in the kitchen one night. Had everything we needed. Our only trouble was finessing the door lock to the apartment upon returning. It was a short 4 minute walk from the train station as well.

Très contents

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement très coquet et très bien placé, dans une rue calme à deux pas de tout. La literie est parfaite, très confortable, y compris le canapé-lit du salon. Il manque peut-être quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine: 1 passoire! et quelques tasses supplémentaires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
