Important notices



In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.

Per day and person,

from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.



Pool towels are provided and a welcome basket is included with each booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that guests can fully enjoy their holidays.

Along the modern marina, a beautiful seafront promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian area that invites you to stroll under the palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and several shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes, as well as good shopping opportunities.

A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, businesses of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.
