Vila Nada is a unique and perfect place for you to escape from everyday life. It was built way back in 1958 and was renovated in 2024. The house in itself is a place where the love and creativity of a stonemason's family are woven, which for four generations have been involved in the unique appearance of this space, which exudes peace and art, which makes it unique.
A large and spacious plot of land and a beautifully landscaped garden will create an intimate atmosphere and ensure complete privacy. You can spend time by the large pool or in the gazebo equipped with a large grill. The house itself has three rooms with bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation.
It is only 40m from the sea and the beach and 2km from the town of KorÄula.
SLEEP & RELAX
The house has a maximum capacity of 6 people. It has three bedrooms and attached bathrooms.
Each room has a large double bed and wardrobes, its own safe, and air conditioning.
All bathrooms have a walk-in shower, and one is equipped with a bathtub.
LIVING & COOKING
Living room with large TV and space for socializing. The dining room and kitchen are equipped with all appliances (coffee maker, ice maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator).All rooms have air conditioning.
GARDEN & POOL
The large and spacious yard and garden extend over 4000m2, which ensures privacy.
The large swimming pool behind the house is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and in the remaining part of the garden you can enjoy the shade and use the time to read in the net behind the house. The size of the garden will provide you with peace and enough space for each guest individually, and the best time to spend together is in the gazebo for a barbecue.

This three-bedroom can accommodate up to six guests. It features a Cable TV, Flat screen TV and is combined with a living room and kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
