The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Located in the basement of the building, it offers a quiet and private retreat.

This cozy accommodation is situated in the vibrant Chueca neighborhood, known for its lively atmosphere and proximity to major landmarks. Just a few minutes' walk from Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza Mayor, you'll have easy access to top shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

The area is well-connected by public transport, with several metro stations nearby, such as Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5) and Tribunal (lines 1 and 10), making it easy to reach other parts of the city. If you enjoy walking, you won't miss out on beautiful spots in Madrid, such as Malasaña and Parque del Retiro, both within walking distance.

Whether you're looking for culture, gastronomy, shopping, or simply enjoying the Madrid vibe, this location puts you at the epicenter of everything the city has to offer.

For public transportation, the Chueca Metro Station (Line 5) is approximately 200 meters away, providing convenient access to the rest of the city. Several bus stops, including Gran Vía-Pedro Zerolo and Gran Vía - Hortaleza, are also within close proximity.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
