Lighthouse Unit #1609...This condo is perfect for a small family. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms PLUS a BUNK ROOM and sofa bed sleeping a total of 6. Master features a King sized bed and soaking tub and stand alone shower in the Master Bath. Nicely decorated living room offers views of the beautiful gulf with entrance to the balcony! Breakfast bar and dining table seats a total of 8 with a fully-functioning kitchen and full sized washer-dryer set in the unit.

We had a great stay. Host gave great directions for checking in and out, the things we needed and suggestions for the area. The condo was great. Just as described, with perfect view of the Gulf. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. Really loved it.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in 1609, we love it! Great condo and perfect location in the building. You are up high enough to see both east and west. You also have inside access. No complaints about this condo at all.

Lovely view and accommodations. However is in desperate need of a new bed, linens, and the carpet and upholstery needs a thorough clean

The owner just purchased a brand new mattress set for the master bedroom. It was delivered on Monday, November 13th. We ahad the upholstery steam cleaned and we added a new rug on the 13th as well! It has been a super busy summer and this condo is super popular so there was no time to get these things done until now!
