Summary:
The Residence Cristal Blu in Santa Teresa Gallura is set in a central position and at just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, characterized by white sand and clear blue sea, which has been awarded with the prestigious 'blue Flag' several times. The apartments, studios or with one bedroom, are set in a two storey building with a shared swimming pool. Most of them have a private balcony and some have pool view.

The Space:
Studio (3 people)
(20/30 M2): living room with kitchenette, double bed, ottoman folding bed, bathroom with shower. Some flats can have a and studios come with a living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and a Tv. The private bathroom features a shower and a hairdryer. Most units have a private balcony and some feature pool view.

Guest Access:
"NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property . Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.
Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros

The Cristal Blu residence is located in the well-known town of Santa Teresa Gallura. It is set in a peaceful area at just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca and the town centre, with its picturesque main square surrounded by cafès, restaurants and colourful craft shops. From the modern marina it is possible to reach Corsica by ferry and the stunning archipelago of La Maddalena. The amazing Rena Bianca beach, characterised by fine, white sand and crystal clear sea, is just at 1.000 mts. The beach features beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals and many diving centres. A public bus (at about 350 mts) to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata is available from mid-June to mid-September.
