This recently refurbished and redecorated, end of row townhouse is idyllically located just 200 meters from Villacana Beach and a 10 minute walk to Cancelada town centre with various bars and restaurants. Located in a tranquil urbanization this property is ideal for families looking for a peaceful getaway, but also within driving distance of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. This property is split across four levels. Located on a private street, the front door is access through the private court yard, where there is an entrance area and seperate bathroom. On the lower ground floor there is a secluded, ensuite double bedroom, complete with storage and a private terrace which provides access to the swimming pool and gardens. A further double bedroom has just been incorporated. The main living area is upstairs. The space has just been remodelled and includes a brand new open planned kitchen, which flows superbly onto the dining and communal space as well as another terrace providing views to the garden and swimming pool. On the top floor floor there are a further two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The double bedroom has a large outdoor seating area perfect for unwinding. At the end of the street is Playa de Sol Villacana and the exclusive Anantara By The Sea Beach Club by Villa Padierna. Their racquets club is also a short walk away. Cancelada (a ten minute walk away!) is a beautiful village sitting right in the heart of the New Golden Mile between Estepona and Marbella, two of the most desirable areas on the Costa del Sol. This charming town has the feeling of a traditional Andalusian village with low rise buildings that keep views unspoiled. It is a tranquil area with several playgrounds and parks ideal for families and children and its proximity to the beaches and a full range of amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and coffee shops make Cancelada an ideal place to live all year round. Furthermore this delightful town is situated near some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol with Los Flamingos Golf Resort at walking distance and a further six top-class golf courses within a five minutes’ drive. Cancelada is a sought after place with trendy beach clubs, safari park, water sports facilities, sailing, fishing and horse riding clubs all within 5 minutes by car. Puerto Banus and Marbella are just 10/15 minutes away so finding an excellent restaurant to enjoy a meal out or shopping at one of the many exclusive boutiques is straightforward. Freedom Kite School is very highly rated and is about 1km away. Marbella Horse Riding Club is 300 metres from the property. Villa Padierna Raquets Club is 350 metres away. Malaga airport is a 45 minute drive away. Gibraltar airport is approximately an hour away. Estepona and Puerto Banus are roughly a 15 minute drive in either directions, and Marbella 20 minutes to the east. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
