Holiday home located in the first row with a fjord view. 22 m² living room with a beautiful panoramic view of the Limfjord and the entire area. 4 bedrooms and hallway with wardrobe. Flat screen TV and radio with Bluetooth. Covered terrace of 15 m². There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room at the end of the house. For the youngest guests, there is both a sandbox and a cot. Experience this fantastic nature and the incredibly beautiful view from the house. There are many excursion options within a short distance. Toftum Bjerge is located at the entrance to the Limfjord and there is access to the beach by the fjord via a long staircase. In general, the area around Limfjorden offers some of the most beautiful Danish nature. In Toftum Bjerge there is a large playground, mini golf and an 18-hole golf course. Just a few kilometers from Toftum Bjerge is Klosterheden, which is Denmark's largest planted forest. The forest is a popular excursion spot, as there are routes for walkers, cyclists and joggers. For families with children, a walk in the forest and a visit to the forest playground, which is built entirely from natural materials, are highly recommended. The North Sea is about a 20-minute drive from the house. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
