On arrival in Moraira you will be personally met. You will be guided to our villa 'Casa panoramica'. The villa has been made to perfection, the beds made and fresh bath towels are provided. Our keyholder remains available by phone at all times and comes to the scene if necessary.
This spacious villa with 6 bedrooms (12 beds) and 4 bathrooms meets all your comfort requirements. With the panoramic frontal sea view from the parking, the various private terraces in the rooms, the spacious balcony and the living space around the pool, you can relax by seeing the wide views.
The very spacious covered outdoor kitchen remains pleasantly fresh at the highest temperatures and remains the place where everyone comes together to chat, cook or just read a book from the sun.
In between you can play a game of billiards or table tennis and you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures around the pool, surrounded by the greenery and enjoying a refreshing breeze. Great !!!
Inside there is a fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge with flat screen.

A lovely week

We enjoyed our week at this villa very much, we went as 2 families with 5 children between us from 4 to 15 years old and never felt we didn’t have enough room. The outdoor kitchen made the pool super usable as you can always see the children. The views over the bay are fantastic day and night. You definitely need a car for this one as walking to anything would be a lot of energy, but otherwise it’s great.

relaxing holiday

The property was in a lovely location with beautiful views. Although this property is not for the nervous driver. The roads in the area are narrow, steep and winding, but as I wasn't driving it didn't bother me. My daughter normally only likes to stay away from home for 1 week, was so relaxed she could have stayed another 2 weeks easily. Greta was very helpful advising us on car rental which was great. We had a couple of maintenance issues whilst we were there which were sorted out immediately, thank you. We spent the whole of our 2 week stay in the fresh air, the outside kitchen was great. If you want a quiet holiday with fantastic views this is the villa for you.

Maison très bien vue incroyable le plus de cette maison c est la cuisine extérieure où nous avons passer de bon moments en famille.Il y a énormément de place et des belles vues des chambres vraiment une très belle villa la ville de moraira est géniale vous avez pleins de restauration de bar de boutiques vous avez tout pour être heureux et la plage qui est après le port a gauche est super et juste avant la plage il y a une magnifique crique . Perfecta para compartir con amigos o familiares

La casa está bien ubicada aunque las calles para llegar son muy empinadas y estrechas. Una vez llegas a la casa puedes disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares. La distribución de la casa es perfecta para 3 familias de 4 como nosotros. La casa está muy bien equipada y muy limpia y bien cuidada. Con aire acondicionado individual en todas las habitaciones. Lo mejor la piscina exterior al lado de la piscina donde hacíamos la vida. Muy agradable las cenas y baños nocturnos en la piscina. Muy recomendable.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit sechs Erwachsenen und unseren drei jugendlichen Kindern 2 Wochen in Moreira verbracht. Der Ort selbst sowie die Villa haben uns überzeugt. Das Objekt ist voll klimatisiert, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Der große Pool ist spitze, auch die Tiefe von bis zu 2 Metern ist nicht selbstverständlich. Das Sahnehäubchen ist eindeutig die voll ausgestattete Außenküche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Stort och rymligt hus med fantastisk utsikt. Vi tillbringade mycket tid i uteköket som har ett stort utbud av kökssaker för många personer. Bra sov- och badrum. Det kan vara bra att veta att huset ligger högt uppe i bergen och att bil är nödvändigt.

Relaxing stay in gorgeous villa

From the moment we arrived, our host Danielle was very friendly and very informative, helping us to settle in very quickly. The villa comes with a huge book of information about the local area, things to do, where to eat etc, so don't worry about doing any research before hand. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and the views are just as good if not better than in the pictures. We rented beach towels for 4 euros each for the week, which was handy. There was also an iron, a washing machine and the kitchen facilities were brilliant. We had everything we needed. There's a couple of supermarkets about a 5 minute drive which is very handy and the local taxis knew where we were and arrived quickly whenever we called. Very easy to get down into Moraira, so there are no worries about being at the top of the hill (you will need a car though!). We didn't spend a lot of time in the upstairs kitchen as it wasn't air conditioned, but we enjoyed being in the outside kitchen downstairs much more anyway. There's a great BBQ as well. The pool was gorgeous. Warm and clean and maintained daily. Great stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you!

Amazing Villia

Loved the Villa, it was so nice that there was lots of room for everybody, the outside kitchen was wonderful and that is the only one we used the whole week. The view was amazing and places are easy to visit. We did walk to the beach although a little far but getting a Taxi back was no problem. Bar 21 was well worth a visit too. what was nice is there are already the basics to start you off when you get there, much appreciated thank you

Parfait en tous points!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine! La maison est vraiment très agréable et fonctionnelle, la vue époustouflante et la grande cuisine extérieure très pratique, lieu de vie central à l'abri du soleil et des fraicheurs nocturnes, face à la piscine, équipé d"une grande table où manger à 12. La piscine était parfaitement chauffée, très agréable! Equipement bébé: chaise haute et lit parapluie, lit d'appoint supplémentaire sur demande pour un jeune enfant. Divers matelas et jeux de piscine ainsi que des jouets de plage. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour sous un temps estival et espérons pouvoir revenir un jour! Merci à Greta pour sa gentillesse et son sérieux et à l"équipe de Chris pour sa discrétion et son efficacité. On recommande +++

STUNNING view, beautiful villa

Very beautiful and well located villa, at exactly 1 hour drive from Valencia. Easily reachable by car. The house offers an amazing view of the area and the surroundings, and is exactly like described on the website and in the photographs. Large parking, very spacious indoor and outdoor area, and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. Everything you need is in place - from traveling with a group of friends to traveling with a family and kids. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing villa in stunning location

Very well located and beautiful villa, at exactly 1 hour from Valencia and easily reachable by car. The house is exactly as described on the website and offers a stunning view of the area. Large parking, very spacious indoor and outdoor area and well equipped outdoor kitchen. The owners are very kind and service-oriented. Would definitely recommend this place!

In één woord: GEWELDIG !

Wat hebben we genoten deze meivakantie! Casa panoramica is casa fantastico ! Het huis heeft werkelijk alles wat je je maar wensen kunt. Natuurlijk is het uitzicht direct al geweldig ; wat een fraaie ligging. Volledige privacy. En dat terwijl het huis goed bereikbaar is en absoluut in de bewoonde wereld ligt en dichtbij alle voorzieningen. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Een auto is wel nodig, maar dat lijkt vanzelfsprekend. De ontvangst door de keyholder was alleraardigst en het huis was tiptop in orde. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd goed onderhouden. De bedden, de douches, de keuzemogelijkheden om te gaan zitten waar je wilt; heerlijk! De wifi was goed en onze pubers hebben zich prima vermaakt met pooltafel en tafeltennis. Voor een zorgeloze vakantie een absolute aanrader! Dank je wel dat wij een weekje deze casa mochten gebruiken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een zeer mooi verzorgd en volledig ingericht huis

We hebben met 11 personen geweldig genoten van deze villa. Het was volledig ingericht met een super buitenkeuken waar we gezellig met allen gegeten hebben. Alles was aanwezig. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden. We hebben een fijn tijd gehad.

Prachtig zicht ! lekker relaxen!

Casa Panoramica is een absolute aanrader, we verbleven er tijdens een verlengd weekend in mei 2014. 2 gezinnen met 5 tieners. De villa is zodanig opgebouwd dat beide gezinnen nog genoeg privacy konden genieten. Het zicht is gewoon adembenemend, de foto’s zijn overeenkomstig de realiteit. De open keuken is volledig ingericht en laat je dus toe om volop te genieten van de Spaanse zon. De ligbedden zijn nieuw en liggen goed. De kamers hebben allemaal een eigen balkonnetje met een prachtig zicht. Ik vind dat dit niet helemaal tot zijn recht komt op de foto’s. Er is echt genoeg plaats om even alleen te zijn, en evenveel om samen te genieten van apéro en tappas. Je kan de hele dag door genieten van de zon. S’morgens ontbijten op het terras boven. Aan de achterzijde is een biljart tafel, die wel wat heeft afgezien, maar onze tieners vonden het zalig om in de late avondzon toernooitjes te organiseren. Nog achteraan is een klein tuintje waar we pétanque speelden ;-) De badkamers zijn vlekkeloos met grote ruime inloopdouches. De bedden liggen goed en de villa was helemaal opgemaakt bij aankomst, een flesje water , een biertje en zelfs cava vonden we in de koelkast bij ontvangst! Dit is een kleine attentie die wij steeds kunnen appreciëren. Handdoeken en bedlinnen piekfijn. Supermarkt op een paar minuten rijden. De omgeving is heel rustig, je kan hier echt relaxen. We komen hier zeker terug maar dan voor iets langer, om ten volle van de omgeving te kunnen genieten. Moraira zelf is héél proper, er wordt ook vlot overal Engels gesproken. We zijn gaan joggen langs de zee en ook dat was een leuke ervaring. Denk eraan dat je wel absoluut een auto nodig hebt.

Wij zijn altijd blij als huurders genoten hebben van een zalige vakantie in onze villa! Mag ik toch opmerken dat dit niet mogelijk zou zijn zonder onze vriendelijke keyholder ter plaatse, zij maakt de villa in orde en is altijd beschikbaar .

QUEL PANORAMA!!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans une villa de rêve. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. La maison est assez grande pour que tout le monde puisse trouver son espace de vie. (2 familles avec enfants). Elle correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Elle est très propre, très facile à vivre et très bien équipée. Il y a un barbecue au coin de la piscine, il y 2 cuisines dont une à l’extérieur mais couverte sur la terrasse (nous n’avons utilisé que celle là) très bien équipée (2 frigos, une très grande cuisinière, une grande table...), un terrain de pétanque, une table de pingpong, un billard et des terrasses en profusion pour bénéficier du soleil du matin jusqu’au soir. Le quartier est très tranquille. La villa est en hauteur à flan de montagne. Ce qui permet de jouir d’une vue exceptionnelle. Par contre, il faut avoir une voiture pour aller en ville et faire les courses. Nous sommes partis en ayant une certitude, nous y retournerons sans hésitation !

Leuk verblijf in Moraira

Tijdens de herfstvakantie waren we een weekje te gast in deze prachtige villa. Dit is super meegevallen. Het is een heel ruime villa met een fantastisch zeezicht. De buitenkeuken is heel gerieflijk en verzorgd. Met zicht op het verwarmd zwembad kan je hier vele aangename uurtjes verblijven. De streek is heel mooi, bergachtig en in Moraira zelf is er een ruim aanbod van leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. De villa zelf was heel net bij aankomst, lakens en handdoeken lagen klaar. We konden zo het zwembad inspringen ! Zeker een grote aanrader !!!

Casa panoramica

Casa panoramica is een prachtige villa met een fenomenaal uitzicht over de baai van Moreira. We verbleven in de villa met een grote groep, maar hadden toch ruimte in overschot wegens de ruime kamers en het omvangrijk terras. Naast het zwembad ligt er een buitenkeuken, die perfect uitgerust is en waarin we veel tijd doorbrachten (vb; paella maken, tafeltennis en 's avonds dineren), en dit alles met een prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee. Vanuit de villa is Moreira zeer goed te bereiken, waar een overvloed is aan restaurants, activiteiten en supermarkten. Bij aankomst was alles netjes en klaar voor een prachtige vakantie. Een absolute aanrader!

A stunning well appointed villa

Casa Panoramica is a simply superb villa occupying a prime location with spectacular panoramic views of Moraira to the left and Calpe to the right with the Mediterranean sea between. Fantastic bedrooms offering high quality accommodation and views, well appointed kitchen and living room with AV for all tastes. Outside is absolutely perfect, with a huge outside covered kitchen and dining area (yes, Casa Panoramic has 2 kitchens!) with table tennis. A beautiful pool is surrounded by plenty of deck space and a BBQ, all over looking the fabulous view. The villa has ample parking for several cars. Our stay was fantastic, the villa cannot be faulted. You are close to the towns of Moraira and Calpe offering a superb choice of restaurants and activities, and which ever way you drive you will find further restaurants and local supermarkets, such as Mas y Mas and Pepe La Sal, so you will not go hungry. As for the beaches, WOW! You will not regret staying at Casa Panoramica!
