4 star holiday home in Væggerløse-By Traum

This cottage, which was renovated in 2023, is located in a lovely cottage area about 1200 meters from the center of Marielyst and one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and internet as well as a wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, and underfloor heating. The storage room off the carport has a washing machine and a freezer with a capacity of approx. 60 liters. There are three bedrooms in the house: one with a double bed and TV with Chromecast, one with a double bed, and the third with two single beds and shelves for storage above. The cottage is heated by an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove in the living room. The bedrooms have electric radiators and the bathroom has underfloor heating. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and a refrigerator, so you can keep your drinks cold. Here you can extend your enjoyment in shelter from the wind and weather. The large terrace has garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a charcoal grill for those wonderful barbecue evenings. If you want to enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises, there is of course also a small terrace with garden furniture on the side of the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
