Ideal property for families or small groups of friends looking for a relaxing hideaway and just 10 minute walk to the village of Aviemore’s shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. This property is a three-bedroom detached single-storey property. It can sleep 6 guests and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a large size double bed. There is a family bathroom with shower and toilet. The property also a second toilet with wash hand basin. The property has the added feature of a small dinning area in the sun room off the kitchen, where you can enjoy your meals while watching the birds in the garden.
There is an enclosed back garden patio area with table and chairs to relax outside as well as a bike shed for storing your bikes or skis.
The owners of this property will welcome guests with up to 2 pets and to make your pet feel really welcome they will even get their own doggie pack to use during their stay.
This property is located in Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park set a quiet residential location on the edge of a silver birch wood. The property is just a 15 min walk into the in the centre of Aviemore’s shops, pubs, and restaurants and a 5-minute walk to our Silverglades reception.
