Uncomfortable

The pillows are very flat. The Wi-Fi and tv rarely worked. The couch was like sitting on a piece of wood and there is no comfortable furniture. No rugs, blankets, curtains or pillows to make it homey. The dish soap/ laundry soap provided did neither job well, in fact, all of my white clothes are now a dingy gray/blue. I didn’t like having to provide my credit card information to a second company (It seemed shady- but turned out okay.) Why is there NOT a second nightstand? I had to plug my phone charger in on the floor.
