Great stay in a super location. It was nice to spread out, be able to enjoy the outside space with some delicious coffee, and even do some laundry. Thank you for having us!

The location is wonderful as there are so many restaurants, theaters, etc in a walking distance. SoHo is lively through the early hours of the morning so if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. Jon met us at the property and was very kind and helpful. The penthouse is up a few flights of stairs so keep that in mind when packing. lol

Great place in SohoClose to Tottenham Court Road Tube stationEasy walk to many London attractions.Two storey top floor appartment with a rooftop terraceBe aware that it is a busy nightlife area. The downstairs bar is currently closed. There are local nightclubs which are open to 0300 with music noise (no real issues for us): the double/triple glazing does help considerably.The property manager was great.I will return if able

The location is in the middle of SOHO area which has a lot of food and close to multiple attractions. It is a short walk to Trafalgar Square, the British Museum and some of the nearby theaters. We also enjoyed a great stroll through the streets to Westminster Abby. Multiple tube stations and bus stops are nearby. The SOHO area is busy but we never felt unsafe even when walking with children. We were greeted at the door and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The air conditioners kept the bedrooms cool even when it was hot outside. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here in the SoHo area. Very convenient location with lots of nightlife and restaurants. Easy walk to Piccadilly with even more restaurants and stores and pubs.We had an issue with one of the bathrooms and the host had it fixed within hours! The entire host team was very helpful and easily accessed!

Would love to stay there again! We had a wonderful stay in the flat. It's well located in the middle of SOHO with all the associated restaurants and shops. Also quite convenient for site seeing. Highly recommended!The flats 3 bedrooms are quite comfortable with 2 very workable bathrooms. Included is a washer/dryer that worked quite well. The kitchen is well appointed and there's a patio with a sitting area to rest from the hustle and bustle of the street.It took us a bit to get used to fiddling with the radiators, but we chaulked that up to un familiarity.

Lively Soho apartment

This was a great place for me and my family to stay. The terrace was a nice bonus. The location was close to lots of restaurants and bars and it was a quick walk to get to the tube to do more exploring. It is above 2 clubs with live music until the early hours of the morning (3am on weekends!) so if you are a light sleeper, be prepared!

SoHo neighborhood

Excellent neighborhood for those who enjoy the night life and good food. Place is above a bar/cabaret and gets quite noisy into the morning hours so can be an issue if unable if unable to sleep with noise. Great people watching. Toured London with easy access to subway.

The unit was in a fantastic location for bars, restaurants and Covent Garden; and the host was responsive. We did think the accommodations were not as pictured in the sense that there was considerable wear compared to the pictures. For example, the outside rooftop had lots of cobwebs on the furniture and bird feces was all around so we did not find it useable. Also, the floor in the family room was a trip hazard with uneven planks (host explained there was water damage).

We were sorry to hear that certain aspects of the property did not meet expectations. The rooftop terrace is an outdoor space in central London and, while it is regularly maintained, occasional debris from weather and birds can unfortunately occur between visits. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have happily arranged for it to be attended to. Regarding the flooring, as mentioned during your visit, there had been some recent water damage which affected a small section of the floorboards. The location of this VRBO was unbeatable! The size of the apartment was incredible for the price and this area of London. The apartment was well-laid out, and we appreciated the laundry machine & hair dryers! The check-in process was very easy, and the host let us have an early check-in for no additional cost. We did have some late-night noise on the weekend (like other reviews have mentioned) but it wasn't as bad as we would have expected with all the nightlife in this area. No problems at all!The entry to the apartment is on the 3rd floor with steep stairs and no lift, which was totally fine for us, but should be mentioned in case anyone has mobility issues.Unfortunately the patio was extremely dirty, and the table & chairs were black with soot so we did not use the outdoor space like we had hoped. Overall, I would absolutely book this place next time if I came back to London with a large group/family again!

Sehr zentrales Penthouse im Herzen von Soho. Am Wochenende sind die Zimmer zur Strasse erwas lauter, aber dafür ist man mittendrin. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend und antwortet immer sehr schnell. Die Dachterrasse ist super, um zusammen den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Vielen Dank James
