Fun Villa Maroc

Managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd - This quaint family home with private pool can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in four bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a private double guest house and bathroom not attached to the rest of the home.



The beautifully designed Villa Maroc features crisp, white walls with blue accents, light coloured laminate flooring throughout, and local art and stylish decor. Air conditioning is available in the sitting room and dining room and a portable unit in the garden room.



A charming family holiday home with great pool, plenty of outside spaces and even a quirky tree house that the kids will love.



Situated within a wild natural garden, Villa Maroc has a lovely swimming pool that is fully fenced. Additionally, the large outdoor space has a trampoline and basketball net available.



Accommodation



Ground Floor:

As you enter Villa Maroc, you step into a welcoming dining room that is set up to comfortably seat 8 people. This room has an air conditioning unit for added comfort and long, panel windows that let in natural light.



Adjacent to the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas and induction hob. It is also equipped with a mini oven, kettle, coffee machine, wine cooler, and fridge.



Upon entering the sitting room from the adjacent kitchen, you enter an inviting sitting room that is tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas and a TV. On colder evenings, a fireplace adds warmth and a cosy ambience. However, the sitting room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor environment all year.



Double doors from the sitting room provide direct access to the terrace which has sweeping mountain views. Pass through a single door into a hallway leading to the bedrooms.



To the left of the hallway, you will find a twin bedroom with a wardrobe. Moving further down the hallway, the second room on the left can be a single or twin bedroom, also equipped with a wardrobe. At the end of the hall, you will discover a double bedroom with a wardrobe.



To the right of the bedrooms is a bathroom featuring a toilet, sink, and a walk-in double shower.



Garden Room



Villa Maroc’s cosy garden room has a double bed, sofa, and wardrobe. Guests can take advantage of the washing machine and dryer, as well as a small kitchenette with a kettle and coffee machine. The adjacent bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. This self-contained area offers comfort and convenience for a relaxing, private stay. There is also a portable A/C unit.

Bathroom 1 – Ground floor – shared bathroom with toilet, sink, and walk-in shower with double shower heads.

Bathroom 2 – Garden outhouse – sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.



Outside space



Access to Villa Maroc is through a gated private entrance, with convenient parking available just outside. The outside space is a blend of natural beauty and recreational amenities. The villa is surrounded by a wild natural garden that wraps all the way around the property.



The standout feature of the garden is the swimming pool (3 x. 7m), which is fenced-off for safety, and has sun loungers surrounding it. For families seeking playful activities, there is a trampoline available, and a basketball net is set up in a lovely courtyard with a sun sail offering shade.



As you explore the outdoor space, you will come across amusing art pieces that add a touch of whimsy and creativity to the surroundings.



A terracotta patio is furnished with a six-seater dining table and a parasol. This area offers the perfect spot for guests to enjoy al fresco meals, savouring delicious food and relishing the beautiful surroundings.



Entire property available for your use.



The team at Sitges Hills Villas is available during your stay. Our office in Carrer Bovila, Sitges is available through to 20.00 and we have a 24 hour emergency line, should you require it.



Despite its beautiful and peaceful rural location, Barcelona airport is just 35 minutes away, and within 45 minutes, you can be in the heart of Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Catalonia.



In addition, the sandy beaches of the popular seaside resort of Sitges are just 12 minutes away. The closest village with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants is a five-minute drive from Villa Maroc, and the main coastal motorway is just five minutes away.



Car is necessary



Free street parking outside the villa.

– Although public transport is available in the area a car is essential to fully enjoy your stay at Villa Marc and the local area.

– The nearest supermarket/cafes/restaurants are a 5 minute drive.
