Great place to stay! Everything about this listing was true...close to the falls...clean...quiet...just a overall great place. Communication with owner started right away, she was quick to answer any questions we had and responses were fast. I always have a little bit of anxiety staying at a VRBO but her quickness to respond to my email made this go away. If you are looking for a place near the falls, book this house!

We had a great stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was in a nice, safe area and was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication was easy, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

Nancy was an amazing host and the property was perfect! We were able to walk to everything (Falls, attractions, Clifton Hill, etc.). The WeGo stop in front of the Ramada even made it easy to get to the Butterfly Conservatory (and you can take it all the way to Niagara-on-the-Lake) without ever having to drive or park. The house was incredibly clean and convenient. Everything was perfect!

Amazing location. Close to everything and still a nice quiet place of you wanted to sit outside. Price was perfect and checking in was very easy. If I ever go back I’ll definitely be booking this house again.

Good place to stay. Close to the falls and other attractions. Neighborhood is a little shady at night time in the immediate vicinity but we were driving so not a big deal

We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We had three vehicles and parking was ample. House amenities were as described. Kitchen was well appointed. We easily prepared several meals while there. The deck and green space out back were a bonus. Host communication was prompt and helpful. Would stay here again anytime!

This house was a great aspect of our week in Niagara Falls. The owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. She regularly messaged with suggestions and great hospitality, making herself available to be of help in any way she could. The location is great, we were able to walk to everything and it was great to have a parking spot right at the house. The house had everything we could need in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed playing some of the games we found. We would recommend this property!

This house was excellent for my family of 4 (2 teenagers). The host was excellent in communicating with us with any concerns we had before during or after our stay. The home was clean decorated nicely and had all the essentials we needed. We all sleep with fans and one of our fans actually broke on us so to my surprise there were fans available in the home! Wonderful because none of us can live without fans at night time lol. Beds were comfy, enough room for 2 cars with off street parking. We walked everywhere because the home was so close to everything (even DQ) and the fireworks at night time were the icing on the cake! Don't pass this home up, its Wonderful and so is the host. One thing I would say is maybe a little table in both of the bathrooms to put items on, but other than that 10 stars! We all had a wonderful time! Thank you again Nancy!

Initially I was a bit surprised by the size of the rooms compared to online photos, but the apps are designed that way. It only took moments to see the charm of this house. Many original features still in place and the upgrades made it easy to feel we were at home.The comfort of separate bedrooms gave us privacy a hotel does not allow.Our host was attentive and personable. A hand written note upon arrival shows genuine concern for her guests. I will definitely make use of these services for our next family trip.

The house was perfect for our family. It was very close to the WEGO Ramada bus stop, located just on the other side of the block which is about a 6 minute walk. If you are planning on visiting any of the Niagara Parks attractions, this is the bus that will take you to them along with the Casino and Clifton Hill. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and several grocery stores within a 5-10 drive. The neighborhood was pretty quiet even with neighbors on either side and a Ramada hotel behind the house. We also loved the back deck, little grass back yard and little path along the side of the house. Things to note that may affect your decision to choose this property are (1)The room with the queen bed does have a window facing the neighbor on the left side of the house who has a security light that goes off in the night. (2)Also all of the bedrooms and the bathroom with the tub/shower are located on the second floor.We have nothing negative to say about this property and would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Hosts have lived in Niagara for 20 years and can recommend best ways to spend time in the beautiful Niagara Region.
Our home is a 10 minute walk to the majestic Falls and Attractions and an easy drive to the over 75 wineries and golf courses. Over 30 Restaurants just minutes walk away. Spacious home with deck in garden.
An 1.5 hr drive away from Toronto.
