This fabulous studio apartment has a contemporary interior and is conveniently located in the centre of Hastings. There's a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom and comfortable twin beds. There is high speed broadband throughout, and you will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and homely stay in a prime town centre location.

The Space:
The spacious and bright interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, the latest appliances and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There are high ceilings and large windows which create a feeling of space. The studio has a modern kitchenette equipped to cook basic meals at home, as well as a desk for those that need to work, and a smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout. In terms of sleep, there are 2 comfortable single beds made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom includes a powerful shower as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole private access to the studio.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is situated in the heart of the town, from which an array of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are all within easy walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the studio. Other nearby attractions include; Hastings Aquarium, Smugglers Adventure Caves, Hastings Castle, The True Crime Museum and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery. Hastings Train Station is also just a 5 minute walk away, with regular direct trains to central London within 90 minutes.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, all areas of the town are within walking distance. The train station is just 5 minutes away, with regular services to London and further afield.
There are also local bus routes servicing Hastings and linking local towns.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
