Clean apt. Excellent location on west side, safe and friendly community. Great diving amenities with the stairs to the ocean and cleaning station and lockers. Dive shop nearby for gear rental. Plenty of restaurants but most close by 7:00 pm so be aware of that. There was a bad smell in the bathrooms probably from when it was built not having a p trap to “trap” the sewer smell. We had to cover the drains and keep the doors closed to tolerate this. Also communication with property manager could be better. I didn’t exactly know when we’d be there. I guessed but thought she would respond to text when I got there earlier than I thought. Or another option would’ve been to give us the key lock code so we wouldn’t have to wait for her.
