The apartment has an exceptionally beautifully designed floor plan. The entire furnishings are deliberately kept at the same high level as the general construction quality (inside and out), this goal was consistently implemented through high-quality local carpentry work such as the built-in cupboards, selected floor coverings, etc.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the harbor with the ferry docks to Juist and Norderney, the town center, the beach and the restaurants and offers space for 4 people.

Living room
The new building in Norddeich offers a spacious holiday apartment for 4 people on the top floor. The living, dining and kitchen areas are combined and from there you can also access the balcony. A large TV and a comfortable living area invite you to spend cozy evenings. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Most of the windows have black-out blinds as well as fly screens and pleated blinds.
You can get a first impression in the 360-degree panoramic view.

Bedroom
In one bedroom there is a double bed (box spring bed) with a large TV. In the other there are 2 single beds. In both bedrooms you can darken the windows, fly screens are available. The little ones sleep in the travel cot that can be delivered. The closet is in the hallway area.
Kitchen
A bright kitchenette with a ceramic hob invites you to cook. Everything that belongs to the kitchen equipment is there: oven, stove, extractor hood
