Minutes' walk away from Cheltenham's iconic racecourse, this beautiful, stylishly renovated home is a rare find.
The semi-detached 3 bed house sleeps up to 5 people and is very well equipped for short or longer stays with family / friends.
Situated in a peaceful spot on a quiet road in lovely Cheltenham suburb, Wyman's Brook. Private carport plus ample on road parking right outside.
Enjoy lovely countryside walks on your doorstep, as well as many amenities.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
The Space:
This recently refurbished home has a lovely, welcoming feel. Throughout the house enjoy high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings with real design flair.
On the ground floor you will find a bright and modern kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, and a beautifully furnished living room with a huge, comfy corner sofa.
Up the gorgeous, stripey staircase you will find 1 king & 1 double bedroom, plus a 3rd featuring a single (sofa) bed as well as office space with desk, ergonomic chair and monitor - perfect for those needing to work whilst away.
The newly tiled bathroom features a shower in cubicle and toilet.
Outside, you will find a sunny, south facing garden. On warmer days relax on the patio with a glass of something cold while you fire up the fantastic barbecue. There's even a remote controlled awning for shade!
Park your car away safely in the private carport, or take advantage of the plentiful on road parking right outside on this quiet, friendly street.
While you'll have everything you need to cook at the house, if you fancy a takeaway, there's a handy row of local shops around 5 mins walk away, including fish & chips, Chinese, convenience store, pharmacy & local pub.
For a bigger shop, supermarkets Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Aldi can all be reached within a 5-10 minute drive.
