Located in a picturesque farm that produces wine and oil, and raises Cinta Senese pigs, sheeps, goats and a donkey, the estate is the perfect choice for a countryside getaway.


Casa Fattorina Grande is made up by 6 apartments divided into 3 different buildings. First, Second and Third apartments are located on the top floor of the main villa, while on the ground floor of the same villa you will find a dining room with sits for the whole party. The second building is divided in two annexes, and the estate also incude a two-story cottage.


As guests of Casa Fattorina Grande you will also be able to enjoy the natural lake and the swimming pool with phyto-purification system part of the estate.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Fattorina Grande along a 500-meters (1640-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 9 meters (29.5 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by characteristic trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and a side view of the lake. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.

The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and hammocks. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and a side view of the lake.
