Villa Fattorina Grande is made up of six apartments spread across three different buildings. The First, Second and Third apartment are located on the top floor of the main villa, while the second building is divided into two annexes. The estate also includes a charming two-story cottage. Guests of Villa Fattorina Grande can enjoy the natural lake and the swimming pool with a phyto-purification system, both located within the estate.


Villa Fattorina Grande is part of an authentic, family-run working farm where wine and olive oil are produced and traditional Cinta Senese pigs, sheep, goats, and a donkey are cared for. During your stay you may see farmers carrying out their daily activities in the vineyards, olive groves, and other areas of the estate.


The estate extends beyond the areas reserved for guests and also includes working facilities, such as the wine cellars and tasting rooms, which are used for the farm's activities and are not private guest areas. The estate welcomes visitors for guided wine tasting experiences and tours, so you may notice small groups attending these activities during your stay.

You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Fattorina Grande along a 500-meters (1640-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 9 meters (29.5 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.
