On the ground floor, you will find a spacious studio featuring a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, perfect for shared meals in a cozy setting. The fully equipped kitchen includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and a grill, and also features a dining table as well as direct access to the terrace. A comfortable living room completes the communal spaces on this level. The ground floor also hosts 4 of the 5 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and a hand-basin, 2 double bedrooms each with 1 double bed and a shower and WC, and 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and a full bath, shower, and WC. Please note that 2 of these double bedrooms share a Jack and Jill shower and WC. The bathroom facilities on this floor are further complemented by a bath and shower room and 2 separate WCs. On the upper floor, you will find the fifth double bedroom, furnished with 1 double bed and offering direct access to a private balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
