Buckland House is a beautifully restored Grade II historic Georgian farmhouse, nestled in a secluded valley just 2 miles from Slapton Sands and 3 miles from the popular Blackpool Sands. Set among rolling farmland, this elegant home offers a tranquil retreat with stunning views towards Dartmoor and is ideal for larger family groups or gatherings.



The property combines traditional charm with modern luxury, featuring a spacious sunroom and a walled garden with ponds and waterfalls, perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining. The extensive grounds include a children's play area, orchards, and a patio with barbecue facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the rural surroundings.



Buckland House comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed (can be twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a power shower over a bath. The second bedroom has a 5-foot bed with an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are double rooms with twin beds, while Bedroom 5 offers full-size adult bunk beds, and Bedroom 6 features a 4-foot 6-inch bed and vanity basin. The ground floor also offers a self-contained apartment with a double bed and en-suite shower room, perfect for those seeking extra privacy.



The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a Rangemaster oven, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, and microwave. The large dining table seats up to 14, and the adjoining laundry/utility room is fully stocked for convenience.



Guests can unwind in the elegant blue sitting room with a wood-burning stove, or the red lounge, perfect for children, with an open log fire and TV. A wood-paneled den with Bar Billiards, piano, and games leads to the sunroom. Outside, a raised patio offers views of the duck pond and extensive gardens.

Central heating and underfloor heating in major downstairs rooms ensure year-round comfort.
