Lovely Country House with its own large Indoor Swimming Pool

Lovely, spacious house with its own ,large, private indoor swimming pool and large garden, fire pit and paddock. Looking out over open countryside the house offers the ideal place for a special week away. Well decorated and furnished it offers generous accommodation for 10 people with sun-lounge / kitchen breakfast area; separate dining room ;large lounge with open fire and family room. Situated about 2 .5 miles from Dartmouth and its boating delights it is in easy reach of the splendid beaches of Blackpool sands (2 miles) and Start Bay. The delightful shopping centre of Totnes is about 20 minutes drive whilst 2 golf courses and a leisure park are all within 5 minutes by car.
We limit lets to a minimum of 5 days and have to avoid lets beginning on a Saturday when we cannot get the cleaning undertaken.

NB the house has 2 staircases
1 leads to the Master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms . The other to the rear of the house leads to 2 further large bedroom a shared bathroom and a large lounge/games room with table tennis. This works well for 2 families sharing or older children

5 bedrooms (2 super king, 1 twin/ super king choice, 2 king beds) and 5 bath/shower rooms (2 en-suite, a family bathroom , a further shower room and wet room.)
Plenty of parking space.

“We would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in Western Waters for a week. It suited all six of us perfectly, the two young boys loved the heated indoor pool (as did the adults!) and we all enjoyed the space and peace of the lovely rambling garden.

The house is well appointed and attractive with plenty of space - there is a good, well equipped kitchen and laundry area, as well as many bedrooms and bathrooms conveniently
arranged for a large age range. An excellent TV room with DVD machine - some rather good DVD's too - helped on wet evenings. So facilities are great for all weathers, important in the UK. The house was also very clean and welcoming on our arrival.

The owner is informative and helpful, there are plenty of places to go locally - the two small boys loved the Woodlands Family Theme Park which is about 10 minutes away.

So a very enjoyable week and we would recommend Western Waters.”
