This lovely apartment is in the best street in Seville. It has great views front and back to the University and the park. It has many restaurants close by and a small Spar grocers next door. It is within 10 minutes walk to all the major attractipns.It is was cool even in 35C heat and it was very quiet. A really great place to stay in Seville.

This property was ideal for the 5 days we stayed in Seville. So much choice for dining out and lots of shops for self catering. The best thing about this property was actually Tina who rents it out. Tina was very attentive and easy to communicate with she gave lots of information about where to go and what to do. I also have to pay a special thanks to Victor who picked us up from the airport he was very helpful.
I had a lovely time here at this property and would happily visit again if I come to Seville again.

Very clean, had everything my daughters and I needed. The apartment block is secure, welcoming and modern. The apartment was well located and the roof top pool was great to relax in after exploring the city. Teresa was great too! Have already recommended to friends to stay. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere, great place.
