As you entering in the house, you will be impressed by the stone walls and the high-end glazed doors. A beautiful patio with lounge area, right next to the spacious and bright living room, welcomes you in the best possible way. In the same area is the open plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The Indoor and outdoor dining areas are perfect to enjoy your meals either during the day or under starlight sky. In the living room, various curved objects and furniture in soothing colors embracing calm the living room and give the eye a natural place while enjoying the direct sea view from each and every corner.
Walking to the right from the living area you find the two bedrooms with the bathroom.The main bedroom has a double bed and the other one has two single beds that can joint to a double if you wish.

All the windows includes mosquito nets.

Very important is that the famous and sandy beach Magaya with the excellent restaurant its only 2min walking distance from the house.

The location of the house offers tranquility and privacy and at the same time is close to all the interesting points of the island. The town of Paroikia and the port is only 5 minutes by car while various sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and traditional villages such us Alyki ,Parasporos and Naousa, are within 10-15 minutes driving distance.
