The Space:

This exclusive property is a modern and well-appointed villa located in the prestigious Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa. Upon walking through the front door, you are greeted by breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the beautiful Bay of Pollensa. The villa features two swimming pools: an outdoor pool with stunning views of the entire Bay of Puerto Pollensa and an indoor pool located on the lower level.

Spread across three levels—the ground floor, the first floor, and the lower ground floor (basement)—this magnificent villa is equipped with central air conditioning that provides both heating and cooling to the four main bedrooms, each featuring double beds.

Entering the property from the rear street entrance, you will find a large marble BBQ area surrounded by a garden, with a teak walkway leading to the main front door. On this level, there is a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, stylishly decorated, that connects to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. This fully glazed design allows for fantastic views of the bay, enabling you to enjoy the scenery while cooking, dining, or relaxing.

The lounge features floor-to-ceiling patio doors that open to an extensive first-floor terrace, complete with a quality teak-decked sunbathing area, an outdoor swimming pool, and breathtaking panoramic views of the Puerto Pollensa bay. This area includes ample comfortable seating and two four-poster sunbed loungers. External stairs lead from this terrace to the rooftop terrace, offering 360-degree views of the stunning bay and the surrounding Boquer Valley mountains.

On the main floor, you will find one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which has large patio doors opening to the teak deck terrace.

The lower floor contains a gorgeous master bedroom with a built-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, along with direct access to a large garden and private terrace at the front of the property. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and the indoor swimming pool on this level.

This spectacular villa is situated in one of the most desirable areas of Puerto Pollensa, with beaches, the Pine Walk, and the town center just a short stroll away. Pool towels are provided free of charge.

Please note that there is a refundable security deposit of £1,000, which will be refunded subject to no damage.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
