The LARGE Conte Giacomo Azzurra suite is part of a 4,000 m2 palace dating back to 1700. A place where light and history create an almost surreal atmosphere.



Independent entrance, privacy.



Very large double bedroom, king size bed (which can be divided into 2 single beds). It is also a comfortable triple room, private bathroom renovated in 2024.

500 meters, a few minutes walk, from the splendid sixteenth-century square, from the Teatro dell'Aquila, from the 18th century.
Surrounded by trattorias and food shops and more: pharmacy, ATM, artisans, medieval cathedral park with 360° views: sea, hills, mountains, villages.

A PLACE TO LIVE: Fermo. On a hill, 7km from the sea and from splendid beaches where you can sunbathe, swim. A small Italian city of art, among timeless alleys made with river stone, where you can walk and think. Great views, like those given by the medieval cathedral that ranges from the hills to the sea on one side, to the legendary Sibillini mountains on the other.
