You will find an amazing balcony with a tabe to enjoy the bautiful view over the Sea and the sunset everyday. There is a barbeque. You are free to use it!

The neirboorhoud is very secured , just a few meters from Meia Praia Beach and from the Marina, without the noise that the city center sometimes can provide.
There is parking outside, free of charge, in both sides of the building. you have also a private parking space in the garage.

Besides the apartment you can enjoy the swimming pools, gardens, inside garage, playground for kids, mini golf and security 24h. Theres a restaurant and bar also on the building.

To access the condo of flats there a security gate, code will be provided to the guests.
Other things to note
All guests information must be provided according to SEF document that will be sent 24 hours prior to your check-in by your Host - This is mandatory

It's not allowed any extra guest as the ones provided in the booking.

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. This will help to prepare the apartament for your arrival.
You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Children (2 to 11 years old) are welcome. Be aware, that there are no extra beds or cots available. The sofa is a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons.

Housekeeping and maintnance available between 9am to 5pm. Any non urgent problems, must be reposrted during this period to the contacts provided.

Check in is possible between 15h00 and 20h00, after 20h00 will be charged €30. Check-out is from 8h00 to 11h00, after 11h00 will be charged €30.

Check in slot is 30 minutes previously booked with Smart Homes after that time you'll be applied an extra fee. If any emergency happen please let us know in advance.

Pets are not allowed. Parties/ events or extra guest are not allowed.

No noise is allowed from 10pm to 08am as the Portuguese policy for residential buildings/ areas.

Non-refundable Bookings
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The apartment Boiler is settled for up to 2 people. Shower and taps have hot water.
Water warms up very fast but after 30 minutes the boiler will set off and it automatically sets itself on after one hour.

The pool schedule is between 9am to 9pm.

Any damage or missing items in the apartament, a fee will be charged so enjoy the house wisely and if anything happens please let us know.
