Check-In & Check-Out

🕒 Check-In: 3:00 PM
🕛 Check-Out: 11:00 AM
🔑 Key Access: Keys are stored in a lockbox. The code will be provided before your arrival. Please return the key to the lockbox upon departure.

Check-In Instructions

Arrive at Silver Birch Property at or after 3:00 PM.

Locate the lockbox near the front door.

Enter the provided access code to retrieve the key.

Unlock the door and let yourself in.

Please take a moment to review the house manual and WiFi details.

House Rules

🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🐶 Pets – Not allowed unless pre-approved.
🎉 No Parties – Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM.
🗑 Trash & Recycling – Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins outside. Recycling is encouraged.

Toilet: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Thermostat: Keep temperature between 68-74°F.

Windows & Doors: Keep closed when the HVAC is on.
