Villa Castellina is a luxurious property overlooking the beautiful hills of the famous Tuscan countryside of Chianti. This carefully restored estate retains its traditional charm while offering all the modern comforts and amenities expected at a luxury villa. This includes an external private swimming pool, a luxurious spa with a heated indoor-outdoor pool, and a sauna for ultimate relaxation.

OUTDOOR
Perched atop a hill, the villa’s swimming pool (16m x 7m, depth 70cm to 2.5m; open from May to October) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, including fields, vineyards, and the historic town of Castellina in Chianti. Guests can savour this picturesque setting while enjoying refreshments from the poolside bar and kitchen.
On the other side of the manicured gardens is a comfortable outdoor lounge area, perfect for indulging in a glass of wine from the villa’s private cellar.
Ideal for al fresco feasts at any time of day, there is a spacious dining terrace as well as a tree-shaded table with bench seating in the gardens, both offering vineyard views.
A second indoor pool is heated (maximum 29 degree) and opened all year.

The villa is surrounded by vineyards, which are just a 15-minute drive away. The property offers wine tours and wine tastings, as well as a gourmet tasting lunch meticulously prepared by our resident chefs.
The villa has a wine cellar with a curated selection of our wines available for guests. Guests can choose their preferred wines directly, with prices clearly displayed, and will pay for what they consume at checkout.


INDOOR

On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-plan lounge and dine-in kitchen area with beautiful beamed ceilings and tiled floors. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances.
There is one bedroom that features a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm), a spacious living room, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with an accessible shower.

On the first floor there are seven bedrooms, and the layout is composed as follows:
- One bedroom includes a king-size bed (170 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- One bedroom offers a king-size bed (190 x 180 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- One bedroom features a small double bed (190 x 120 cm, suitable for single occupancy) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- One bedroom provides a super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted to twin beds upon request, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- One bedroom includes a super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a private living area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- One bedroom features a king-size bed (170 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- One bedroom offers a super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The second floor (Independent Access) features 2 bedrooms:
- One bedroom contains a super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted to twin beds upon request, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a shared living room with a kitchenette.
- One bedroom features a super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted to twin beds upon request, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a shared living room with a kitchenette.

The gym is located on the ground floor of a separate building with a beautiful view, just a few steps away from the main villa.
